Take the children to the swimming pool that night. It was about 9 o'clock when we went there. The staff at the door said indifferently, we close at 10 o'clock. Would you like to take a bath? ? Above, I have stated the experience that the hotel has brought to me in a pragmatic manner, which is absolutely objective and fair. To sum up, whether in terms of hotel facilities or services, the hotel can be said to be difficult to reach even the 3-star standard. It actually claims to be 5-star. As a consumer, he paid for the star-rated hotel but did not get the star-rated hotel. Service, I am deeply deceived. I hope that the hotel can go to see what the real 5-star hotel's service is. 酒店小許經理服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，酒店有游泳池，健身房，小童樂園，自助餐廳，設施配套齊全，離湖邊不遠，自駕方便，下次到澄江還會選擇入住，經驗教訓：來澄江一定不要在湖邊吃魚……

來澄江首選入住的酒店就是華美達，衹為大堂許俊嫻經理提前詢問需求，貼心的安排好房間（第一次入住詳細詢問到樓層，需不需要準備小童用品，車牌提前錄入……此後每次衹要告知訂了房間以後都會按照之前的準備好，完全不用在重複）入住過很多酒店，這一點是其他酒店沒有的，出門在外住的舒服最重要，休息不好可能會影響一整天的心情，為許經理優秀而專業的服務點贊👍
