Highly recommend the suite for family trips! We upgraded to a room with a Ferris wheel view, and it was amazing to see the beautiful Fuxian Lake morning, noon, and night. You can walk directly to the hot spring pool, which is super photogenic. The dolphin show and interaction with the cute animals included in the package were fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it. The food selection was extensive, catering to both adults and children.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, and the room service is incredibly responsive. There's even a thoughtful welcome card in the room. This is a top choice for families with kids – all three meals and entertainment are included in the room rate, making it fantastic value for money. The food isn't just any old stuff; they've prepared lots of special dishes for children, and if anything runs out, they make it on the spot. You can eat with peace of mind. I highly recommend the rice noodles at breakfast; they were even better than the ones I had later in Kunming! The hotel is very attentive and pays attention to every detail. Fuxian Lake is stunning, and I'm glad we specifically set aside a day for it during our Kunming trip.

The hotel environment exceeded our expectations; the kids absolutely loved it! There are playgrounds on both the 5th and 8th floors, so there's plenty of fun to be had just within the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with everything you could ask for. The front desk staff, especially Ms. 011, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even added us on WeChat and provided 24/7 service, which was truly touching. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend the Fuxian Lake Dolphin Bay Hotel for families with children! The hotel offers a wide range of parent-child activities and plenty of things to do, like mermaid shows, bubble parties, and dolphin shows. There's something new to enjoy all day long, and my child had a fantastic time. We were very lucky to get an upgraded room, which made our stay even better, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. A special thanks to customer service agent #015 from the official account; her attitude was kind and gentle, and her service was thoughtful and thorough.

The environment is great and perfect for families with children, with a fantastic ocean theme. The rooms are clean and cozy. You can watch dolphin and mermaid shows, and there are fully equipped amusement parks and swimming pools. The service is attentive, making it a one-stop destination for families with kids, providing an excellent experience.

A kid's paradise, they didn't want to leave! If we hadn't already booked a trip to Dali with my parents, we would have definitely stayed a few more days. Fuxian Lake's water quality feels much cleaner, and compared to other hotels in the area, Dolphin Bay offers excellent 'quality-to-price ratio.' As a Trip.com user, we also received a voucher set, which made our two-day, one-night stay packed with activities. I think a three-day, two-night stay would be more ideal to fully enjoy everything. Front desk agent #010 was great and gave us a room with a balcony since it was available, highly recommend!

We brought our child along, and the package included tickets to the cute pet park, a dolphin show, and breakfast for two adults and one child every morning. I thought it was a great deal. The front desk staff even upgraded our room, and their service was excellent. The only minor downside is that the hotel's public areas are a bit small, but otherwise, we were very satisfied.

It provides children's toothbrushes and toiletries, with plenty of playful details that make the kids' stay very enjoyable. Opening the window in the lake-view room offers a direct and expansive view of Fuxian Lake, perfect for taking beautiful photos.
