This is a first time for my family to travel in China. And I must say that we had wonderful experience. Everything was beyond the expectations especially service. Stuff was so helpful about everything we face as an issue due to the circumstances that we are foreign family first time traveling in China.

The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!

The hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and very nice decoration, kids are very happy there! The manager Daniel speaks English perfect and help us with any problems! We will come back again 👍🏼

It felt similar to the rooms at Chimelong, but without the noise. The check-in experience was incredibly smooth. Perhaps it was off-season, as we checked in at 11:00 AM, which was a pleasant surprise.
The front desk lady, number 012, even upgraded my room for free. Seeing I was traveling with a child, she even gave me a ticket to the theme park, which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast was incredibly affordable, with a wide variety of dishes and delicious flavors. Compared to other star-rated hotels that charge hundreds of dollars for breakfast, this one was very reasonable.

We were super satisfied! The lady in room 010 upgraded us to a lake view room for free. My baby said it was newer and better than the Chimelong Penguin Hotel and Panda Hotel, and the price was much cheaper—a great deal! The hotel's Western restaurant was a little slow to serve food, and we had to wait a long time, but the burgers were delicious and the kids loved them. The portions were so large that we accidentally over-ordered. The nearby Happy World Circus and the Dolphin House interactive area are both great. Highly recommended!
