This hotel is nice. It does have a lot of mold, but the water in the shower was hot. It's right across from the train station, which was perfect for our stay. The Japanese restaurant was delicious.

Hotel was neat, and in proximity to key places in Chennai . Food options in the hotel and places around are good Egmore station, Anna salai, higginbothams …

Was good stay. Recommend for medium budget decent stays.

Few steps from EGMORE RAILWAY STATION

Wonderful experience overall. The staff were friendly, especially one lady called Ashrita, who stood out with her dedication and leadership qualities—I strongly feel she would make an excellent manager.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2026. The good thing about this property is its location. It’s very close to the metro and Egmore railway station. Marina Beach is also not very far, and there are taxis and autos available just outside the gate. Many restaurants including pure veg restaurants and local cafes are around in walking distance. We had booked a suite room. The size was decent, but the view was not good. The room overall felt quite dark, as there were curtain issue which did not open easily. There are small spotlights operated through a wired remote in both the rooms. The remote was not functioning properly, you had to press very hard to use it, and some lights couldn’t even be switched off and each time you come into the room or there is a power failure (which happened a few times) all the lights go off and you need to operate them again with the remote which was really inconvenient. There were constant issues with the AC. We requested a room change, and even though rooms were available, they did not help us. Instead, staff came twice to try fixing it. The WiFi was also not working during our stay. Surprisingly there was no refrigerator in the room for hotel like this. The suite had TVs in both the sitting room and bedroom, but the TV in the sitting area was not working. The washroom in the sitting area had issues as well, the door lock was faulty and there was also a water problem, which made it inconvenient to use. You can frequently hear whistle noise from the nearby railway station when trains pass. Room service was slow, the menu prices are extremely high for this category of hotel. But the food quality was good in buffet dinner and breakfast. They really have very few options for vegan and vegetarian. They really need to work on overall service, food options, pricing, and maintenance of the property, especially considering the amount they charge. Overall, while the location is convenient and the food quality is good, there are too many operational and maintenance issues to ignore.

Dirtiest linen and furniture. Pathetic service and unwanted hatred for people of North India. Unsupportive and fake. Food is pathetic, not for pure vegetarian eaters. The water in the WC is a big issue, which they tell you after you have paid and checked in. They do not disclose this earlier. Also , They did not give me invoice as proof of my stay in this hotel even after lot of request.

Not at all worth for the money paid, floors are broken, towels not clean. overall not a good experience of stay with this hotel

i stayed at the hotel and they have not kept the towels (bath towels, hand towels, mat etc) at all in the room. when i have asked them, they have shared. also the water outlets in wash basin and also in shower area are blocked and water was not flowing and i had to complain for it.

It was an excellent stay with wonderful rooms and awesome buffet.Its the 2nd time we visited as family looking forward to visit in future also

Great place,best place for asian food and amazing food, really good ambience and music and Service was great especially,Ambhika was really sweet and kind to us. Overall great experience.Thank you for having us! Please do visit when you're in Chennai.
