The hotel has been around for ***y years. Therefore ***y of the systems are not working well. The air-conditioning in the room is not cold and the WiFi is not stable and for most of the time it goes on and off in the room. However, all the staff in the hotel, the front desk staff, bellhop, waiters etc are very cheerful, helpful and well-***nered. The breakfast buffet is average but the a la carte lunch and dinner are good.

Great place to stay.ambience,room, staff,house keeping all services are top notch.. highly recommend this place..nice pool, good gym n spa, Buffet breakfast was wide spread Great taste. Overall we had amazing experience staying with the hotel. Will definitely come back in future

Great customer service and hospitality by all the staffs especially Bhaskar who always welcome the guests with a honest smile and simplicity in his face. Food is also good especially mutton biriyani. Overall great experience with the stay and hospitality.

Nice hotel with nice people. Food is also good. Mr. Giri ji, ***ager at the hotel is very supportive and helpful. I recommend this place for stay, food and other hangout. Anyone visiting the chennai must stay in this hotel for good experience. Thanks.

The hotel experience was good, however, I'd like to appreciate one gentle*** in particular, Mr. Bhaskar in FnB service. He's very attentive, proactive and has a genuine attitude towards serving his guests. Myself being a graduate of IHM Mumbai and having worked in Hospitality industry for the last 11 years, now can vouch for this that people of such genuine attitude towards service and wellbeing of is rare to find in hospitality industry. He's an asset to the hotel and deserves to be promoted. Give him my best regards.

The meeting facilities were top-notch, equipped with everything we needed for a successful gathering. The meeting rooms were spacious, well-lit, and provided all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and audiovisual equipment. The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our meeting ran smoothly without any hiccups. Moreover, the catering provided for our meeting was outstanding. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes, and the presentation was impeccable. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and contributed to the overall success of our event. Outside of our meeting, the hotel offered a range of amenities that our team thoroughly enjoyed. From the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, there was something for everyone to enjoy during their downtime. Great stay and a friendliest staff, They were very welcoming both while checking in and as well as check out. We got a good view room and our stay at Ramada Egmore was awesome. Evening snacks at cafe stop was nice serving with smiley face kushi was good.
