1. Proximity to the airport 10/10 2. The beauty and cleanliness of the premise 10/10 3. Staff very nice and ready to help 10/10 3. Super clean room with full set of toiletries 10/10 4. Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high 10/10 The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that ***y of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. ***y of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did ***age to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

Service of Nabeen is great. Panner butter Masala gravy is excellent. Ambience is nice and ***go juice for the season went well for the dinner.

Very convenient for the airport but yes you do hear the planes. State of the art technology the curtains open when you walk into the room. The light comes on in the bathroom on entry and had to use an iPad in the middle of the night to turn it off. A heated toilet heat when it is 35 degrees outside all a bit too clever. Also everything blue! Including a free arrival drink and a cookie with tea. Very slow service for lunch.

VERY NICE HOTEL AND EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE WHOLE STAFF. SPECIAL THANKS TO MEERAN. HIGHLY APPRECIATED. KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP. THE BUFFET WAS OF A LARGE VARIETY AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE SO CARING AND SOLICITOUS. WOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN WHEN I VISIT CHENNAI

Meeran did a great job waiting on us. Lovely buffet. Food was good, do try their south indian delicacies they are a must. Located right near the airport, it was an easy find. The al la carte menu is also worth trying. Also, they serve live pizza.
