Modest hotel but good hotel, around 5 min walk from Egmore station.
The staffs are helpful and friendly.
However, the washroom is quite old and the elevator is quite small.
The breakfast is great though, and every meal there are some changes.

Best Transit Hotel in closeby Egmore Railway station, Good Room, Bathroom well cleaned, Daily housekeeping available, They wake up on time / Mirchi restaurant food good / Staffs are very helpful / Thanks to reservation team / Special thanks to rooftop staff.

The stay was good and pleasant. Easy accessibility location. Cleanliness of the room and friendly ***ner of the staffs. Frequent room service and I tried chaco tart was very good taste. You can't miss that feel. And complimentary breakfast is too good.

The service was pathetic no soap in washrrom even people don't response on call scary lift till 11 30 in night we have to visit front office to.get things resolved no one attend calls and no basic amenities were provided from the hotel site even behaviour os staff is not upto the mark.

I have been roaming almost all southern part of India, no where hotel asked to pay bill prior to check in. That rules may be applicable for general public. Why the corporate client too? Rooms are very tiny like match box. For this amount we can available better room. Complementary breakfast also name sake they doing. No items were in hot..Omelette is chargeable :)) Untrained staff in Reception. While billing only all datas feeding to system with ***y mistakes.. Effects i had been waiting morethan 40 mints for getting my bill..result successfully I have lost my train. Horrible experience since check in to check out. Better Not Recommended for corporate customers.
