We had booked the hotel through MMT. Initially the receptionist denied check in saying that they have not received any information from MMT. I had to contact MMT and only after that they allowed check in. The entire process was very complicated. Our room lock was not working and we had to call hotel staff each time to open our room. Also ***agement needs to train the staff (specially one who bought water bottle in our room). Hotel has good location and breakfast was average.
