5月1號晚上到的，提前了半個月定的酒店。辦入住直接給我們拉到另一個環境很差，與我們在網上看到的圖片嚴重不符的酒店，跟公廁一樣，房間受潮發黴，廁所沒有熱水，且讓我們站在蹲廁上面洗澡，沒有吹風機，一直問我們住不住，不住就退錢。
51凌晨了都，不住他的其他酒店全部住滿，我們説這麼差的酒店不給我們補個差價？那個男的説補不了，不住就退錢，超售不保留房間還理直氣壯。打電話前台的説你們這種學生見多了，除非給個五星好評才給20元的差價，住着這麼惡略的環境還要再給他刷個好評，還是在吵了將近7分鐘才同意給退20元。小心點吧這家酒店，給你拉到另一家住，還要被叼，具體什麼環境看下面。

服務真的很差啊 12點退房超了一兩分鐘就一直再問我們走不走了 一直催 匆匆忙忙收完行李前腳剛走後腳就來房間收東西了？至於這麼急嗎 房間環境真的不好 燒水壺裡麪還臟臟的 不知道用來幹嘛了 拿紙巾往裡麪一擦都是黑的

遺失的金耳環。我們一家人昨天下午入住，今天早上七點退房，退房前遺漏了放在桌子上的用兩張紙包着的金耳環。九點多我回賓館去找，沒找到我的金耳環，搞衞生的阿姨不承認看到了我的耳環，老闆站在搞衞生的阿姨那邊，二人語氣態度極其惡劣。金耳環三千多元，我報了警。報警無效，衹是錄了口供，事情並沒有解決，二人語氣態度仍然極其惡劣。警察讓老闆退我昨天住宿一晚的費用（87元），一開始老闆不肯並大聲嚷嚷，後來我用好評威脅，老闆就又説她那裡衹收到了79元，然後又説平台扣掉手續費她衹賺71元，但老闆人還是很好的，我什麼都沒説，她就退了我87元。相當於我用金耳環免費住了一晚。

①地理位置優越交通便利：就在火車站出來的那條大路上，離友阿國際廣場就三四百米的距離，樓下就有早餐店和超市（不是便利店是超市）。步行一兩百米的距離左右就有公交站很方便。
②老闆態度好：郴州晚上有點冷找老闆多要一床被子，因為旅遊旺季老闆沒空給床單套一次性罩子讓我自己套，我拒絕了。後面老闆忙完又抱了一床被子來問我要不要TT天哪真的是對旅客很上心的老闆！老闆講話也是和藹可親的那種，很親切
③性價比高衞生條件不錯：本來以為是旅館就對衞生條件沒報太大期待，但結果還蠻出乎意料的。配套比較齊全，吹風機洗衣機衣架吹風機啥的都有（吹風機洗衣機是公用），也可在樓梯拐角處領取一次性用具，最重要的是，旅館有飲水機，冷熱水都有，簡直是不用酒店水壺者的福音！床上用品全是全新且一次性的，不用擔心不乾淨，我們睡了兩天身上一點都不癢！廁所是蹲廁而且很乾凈，洗手枱花灑都是冷熱水可調且熱水全天供應，水壓也完全不用擔心，水很大！而且這裏的空調很夠力，無論是制熱還是製冷功能都很棒！我們的濕衣服開制熱吹了一晚就乾的差不多了。
唯一的小不足是房間一進去可能會有一點氣味（就是悶久了的味道）不過開窗通風+空調送風可以很快解決這個問題。
總而言之，性價比很高的一個旅館，是下次我來郴州玩還會選擇住的地步

房間衞生不錯，配置還行，離火車站不遠幾分鐘的路，附近公交站，吃的也不貴，缺點樓層高，沒有電梯，房間應該常通風
