When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. It faced the elevator room. She might have thought it was troublesome for us to ask for a room change, so she kept making things difficult. However, the cleaning lady was very responsible and told us all the pitfalls of the room we changed to at the front desk. In the end, the air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The front desk said it could only be controlled in a small way, but the cleaning lady still had it. It was almost 23 o'clock, and she even brought the security uncle to fix the air conditioner for us. She said that the actual air conditioner could be controlled manually, but the front desk didn't know. That’s all, I really like this front desk!
