來景區玩選了這家民宿，體驗很不錯！民宿位置離景區很近，步行幾分鐘就能到。房間收拾得乾淨整潔，床單被套沒有異味，住着安心。老闆人很實在，耐心給我們推薦周邊遊玩路線。早餐雖然簡單，但現煮的麪條吃着舒服。晚上在院子裏乘涼很愜意，性價比挺高的。

到郴州慢節奏的玩了幾天，這裡是我心目中想要的環境，從農莊到高椅嶺景區西門步行十分鐘就可以到。附近很安靜，農莊在景區裏面，衞生方面沒有評價裏面説的那樣，還是很乾凈的，老闆自己在農莊吃住，挺乾淨的，這個裡麪的菜是比較正宗的湘菜，有一説一好吃，比我在市裡吃的那什麼馬田菜好吃多了，整個下

【避雷！史上最糟住宿體驗】訂的雙人床房到店被強制換成大床房，前台聲稱“衹剩這一間”當時前台信誓旦旦説就剩這一間了，剛來的時候工作人員不小心説漏嘴，還有更晚到的客人沒入住，明顯是故意不給我原本訂的房型，把我當冤大頭耍！拿“偏遠沒其他住宿”和“深夜不敢不同意”來逼客人妥協，吃相太難看！三大崩潰點必須曝光：1.位置與交通：山路十八彎的“荒野酒店”◦導航一路繞進偏僻山路，路燈昏暗+路標不清，夜裡開車像“探險”周邊什麼都沒有，全黑什麼都看不到，完全被困死在這裏。2.隔音差到崩潰，私隱全無◦凌晨6點開始，走廊就有人大聲喧嘩、拖行李，隔音牆堪比紙糊的；更離譜的是，打掃阿姨直接刷卡開門進房間，第一次被驚醒後明確告知“有人入住”居然又來第二次！全程毫無歉意，衹説“以為沒人”安全和私隱何在？3.虛假溝通+區別對待實錘◦換房時謊稱“無房”結果親眼看見後續客人正常入住其他房型；前台態度冷漠，對質疑衹會重複“沒辦法”完全沒有服務意識。花同樣的錢卻被當“冤大頭”從強制換房到安全隱患，每一處都透着對客人的敷衍和欺騙。這種糟心體驗，酒店毫無誠信和服務意識，管理混亂。真心勸大家別來，誰來誰後悔！

到高椅嶺景區住在十八仙崔竹山莊是明智之舉，性價比高，環境很不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，很多都是回頭客！並且從這裏進入景區西門步行就五分鐘，車子直接停在山莊院裏，很方便的進入了景區核心區域。逛了一大圈，下山走南門，同行親友在景區停車場等，自己坐個摩的去取車真是很方便！不管是自駕還是坐車，這個安排旅行很愉快！

所以這個評分是刷的？？？
在某程平台上看到的
因為距離高椅嶺西門近
想着第二天可以早點去景區就訂了
價格實惠，但山路十八彎是真的繞
門口停車場位置有限
要停在斜坡下面
雖然不遠但晚上伸手不見五指寸步難行
關鍵是，晚上值班人員就睡覺去了
有什麼衹能打電話
木板的房子本來就很吵
還要碰到有一間素質極差的人到了晚上12點還一直在吵
反映給前台，就是走過場
最後還得自己解決
周邊沒有吃飯的地方
第二天早餐衹能在這吃
炒粉還不錯湯粉就不行了
不會有第二次的民宿

位於高椅嶺西門1公里左右的位置，有很多停車位，路邊牌坊進去都是他們家的範圍，山莊後有一條小路可以徒步半小時左右到馬皇丘山頂（下雨天不推薦徒步，比較泥濘，晴天可以），從徒步到馬皇丘出口即最陡的山脊頂，省去了從山腳往上爬的艱苦！馬皇丘遊玩之後可以打個車20左右到高椅嶺南門，從南門進，走右邊路線一路遊玩，雲梯，棧道、石斛一線天，帽子峯，懸崖鞦韆，巨蜥湖，龍脊等路線全都能走完，然後西門出（尹家組售票口），從西門出還能看到刀背山，再走1公里左右就能回山莊吃個飯再走，大概3一4小時左右，全程不累，非常輕鬆完美的路線，這樣走高椅嶺全程一路上氣都沒喘一下！

不好 別去 坑人 環境吵 不隔音 房價耶不便宜 隔壁放電視的聲音一清二楚 小孩很吵 毛巾杯子臟 在那裡吃飯巨貴 成本低 賣出去很貴 就是因為附近吃飯的要走下去 在那裡吃飯不用走 於是很貴 吃飯還坑人 明明桌子上的紙巾是原本就在桌子上的 一聲不吭 收錢的時候把紙巾的價格就加進去了 你起碼要説一聲吧？還説我們沒問 還説每一個顧客都是這樣 哪有這樣做生意的 就是坑錢 我確定以及肯定外面的每一個餐館都是在飯前才拿紙巾過來 然後我們都是不要紙巾的因為我們自備的 在湖南去了好幾個館子都是這樣的 而不是直接放在桌子上然後收錢的時候直接加進去
