房間很温馨，廁所和床上用品衞生很乾凈，窗户很大通風和採光也很好，隔音效果可以，前台小符服務很熱情，酒店旁邊就是停車場很方便，還有洗衣房，曬衣服也很方便，四周都有餐廳，性價比很高，有需要還會再來

第一次來郴州入住五嶺酒店，該酒店位置便利，周邊交通和餐飲都很方便。特別是前台美女小張服務熱情，貼心給升級了安靜房型，高效辦理了入住。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好。設施齊全，Wi-Fi速度快，性價比超高！下次來郴州還會選擇這裏。

距離：離五嶺廣場很近，吃飯逛街地鐵都挺方便
設施：設施很新，且都是品牌，簡約大方有品質

隔音太差了！！！！，一整晚都是雨，滴滴答答的聲音，吵死了，導致我一夜都沒睡着，提供的耳塞也是質量很差的那種，空調一股味，這個價位的酒店也就不奢求什麼了
