The building is unusual.It's a building with CGV, but it's well separated. From the inside, I feel like a lot of Chinese people are coming. There is also a homeplusson mart in the basement of CGV.I went to the guide, but There's Starbucks across the street. I was worried about the reviews in the room, but I just felt like I was cleaned. The pillow was low, so it felt like a goose, but the bed was not firm and it felt like a creak every time I moved.. It wasn't like a hotel bed.. I went to Cheongju only five stars. It's a 3 star level.

Good space and easy access to train stn, however take note no escalator at nearest stn so take note if you carry bulkly suitcase unless you dont mind walk and alught at gangnam stn instead. Best part of booking with this hotel is it come with fridge, cooking stove as well as own room washing machine (depending on which type of room you book) hence it is quite convinience to short long term business travellor like me. Hotel also offer the good range of Western and local delight and quite amaze with their charges which is quite reasonable and cheap to me. Hotel counter is at level3 with a small convinient shop at basement as well as few outside the street within walking distance. They offer gym and swimming pool and jogging path is around the hotel hence good for long term business travellers to keep exercise and maintain for healthy life while stay in this hotel for work.

Good location and clean facilities. Bathroom cleaning is also moldy in other hotels, but it's not that severe here, but there is a little bit. I don't know if it's different for each room, but the room I stayed in had a very loud and annoying beep when using water in another room (not a normal water running sound when using water). The refrigerator is fine during the day or while watching TV, but the noise of the refrigerator is quite loud when sleeping in a quiet situation.

Booked this online under the name Business Y Hotel but the sign outside says Lifestyle Y. It's close to both bus stations in Cheongju. Hotel grew on me after a few nights. Breakfast is mostly Korean food with hot soup and rice. Mondays are continental breakfast only. There is a Lotte Mart nearby and some restaurants walking distance. This area has some hostess bars but felt safe to me. Ice lollipops and soft drinks are complimentary for guests in the lobby. There is no fourth floor.

However, the reception desk is checking out with a small window without a separate, so I'm a little reluctant to feel like a business hotel. I made a reservation because I just needed a place to sleep, and although the room was small, it was clean and suited my needs. And it was really nice to have the Olle Trail behind. It's quiet, has a nice view in the evening, and is located in the mountains, so it's a very pleasant and healing location. I picked it up near Cheongju Airport to go to Jeju Island, and it was perfect. This is it. Coming for a walk in the morning is the icing on the cake. I want to go again and enjoy it even more.

The hostel was new and clean and smelled good And Netflix and PC were couples. Room service is also available, so if you like games, you can play in the hostel. Dryer and ancient machines were installed, so I used it well. There were a lot of hair and hair under the bed sheets. I would have asked if I had seen it before I went to bed, but I just came out.
