"Stayed at two rivers as I was attending a wedding nearby. Room only. Pros: Ample parking Allowed me to pick up my keycard early (as I would be at the wedding until after 10pm) Taylors coffee bags and Yorkshire tea in the room were better than the average hotel tea and coffee. Cons: The toilet seat was broken and had sticky tape holding it together. Not sure this is very sanitary. I would stay here again but for £120 per night a taped up toilet seat is not good enough."

"I stayed here for sad reasons - my good friend's funeral wake was held here. However , the assets of the St Pierre still shone through, and improved my day. Staff excellent, the old main building interesting and lovely, with it's Norman church. Bars and restaurants predictably expensive, but the quality was excellent. Rooms are lodges, making it feel like an upmarket Centerparcs, not in a bad way. This must be paradise for wealthy golfers. Even for non-golfing me, enjoyed it very much. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive and gave our mixed bunch recommendations on wine and food options. The food was delicious and all 6 of us were delighted with our choices. The wine recommendation was inspired. It also helps to be situated in a beautiful part of the world - I look forward to our next visit"
