Over all stay was good, but the room was not cleaned properly and there was old urine on the back of the toilet seat

Cherokee Resort is a clean place with a good Christmas atmosphere.

The resort itself is very easy to visit, and the service is very good

度假村酒店房間很大，娛樂場所很大，吃飯購物方便，去大煙山國家公園和走藍嶺公路都非常方便，停車場很大。

투고 가능한 맛있는 고든램지 식당, 넓은 객실, 멋진 외부 산책로 및 컨디션에 만족합니다.
하지만, 히터 작동 소음이 심했고 필터 교체가 필요합니다.

酒店環境優美，房間很大，但是很老舊，屬於老派美式風格裝修，剛建成的時候應該很漂亮的，硬件還是不錯的，淋浴房的花灑很舒服，水壓很大

Overall we had a great stay. It was our first time ever at the casino so we were definitely out of our element. The casino was great as well as the restaurants. I’m gluten and dairy free but I found I could eat something in most all of the eatery’s. The room itself was nice, however there was little to no hot water. We stayed on the 16th floor the first night and decided to stay an additional night but had to move to the 14th floor. Both floors had the same hot water issues. We wanted to remain in our original room but was told at the front desk there was nothing available, but to go online and check. We found the same room type available online so we reserved it. This was an inconvenience to me. We had to check out of the 16th floor room and check in to the 14th floor room at 11a.m. This also put me paying the resort fee twice. When we checked in to the 14th floor there was no soap or lotions (not a huge deal) and only one towel/wash cloth. I requested more through Ivy the concierge and was told they’d leave some hanging on our door. I requested this twice and both times we did not receive the towels. Luckily my husband and I have been together for 27 years, so sharing a washcloth was not life-ending. We’ll definitely be staying again. I’m not sure if we’ll stick with The Cherokee rooms again.

Excellent experience! Lots to do at this super nice property! Rooms were very large.  We also ate ate the Brio Italian grill and it was excellent. The Casino was bigger than we expected with plenty of games to choose from. We will be back! 

We had a ball. Rooms nice and clean, spacious. Everyone was super nice. Food reasonably priced. Casino was not over crowded. Folks always cleaning and staff very responsive.  What can I say, we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
