We stayed one night at the start of our motorhome rental, and ended up coming back again the day before we returned it because we liked the place. Staff were very friendly both times, offering advice and recommendations to us as we were visiting from Canada and new to Motorhome camping. They even helped direct us to park properly on both nights. Site is well maintained, bathrooms always seemed to be clean no matter the time of day. Our kids (<4 y/o) enjoyed the playground. Site is a nice combination of big leafy trees, open sites and riverside. Tried the breakfast at the Lovely Jubblies food truck, but wasn’t overly impressed with the food. Friendly owners though!

Great site but stay clear of Lovely Jubblies food wagon. Extremely low budget processed food at extortionate prices. I would say they are walking a thin line on misrepresentation. Check out food before you buy. Fish chips curry sauce - couldn't find any pieces of cod only dried up tiny bits couldn't even call them flakes. Chips thin frozen. Curry sauce the texture of cement. I cut into the fish or cod as they like to call it just to see if it was better inside than outside unfortunately the whole meal was inedible and went into the bin the best place for it!

I have used Chertsey for many years but have never felt uncomfortable with the wardens before. Even upon arrival I found them to be unfriendly and almost sarcastic. Upon leaving my husband was emptying our waste at a waste emptying point and was pointed out that he could have used the one for motorhomes by the exit. We have been pointed to the one we were using by a different warden. What is their problem? I have stayed here many times before when the wardens have been nothing but helpful, fun and lovely.

We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time. The staff are welcoming and friendly and they were really helpful lending out an extension for the electric hook up and giving lots of advice on how to get into London. We easily travelled to London from Weybridge station. There was a nice chip van/breakfast van that was open most days during the school holidays. The pitch we had was right by the water with a lovely view and we saw dragonflies, butterflies and loads of birds. The parakeets were brilliant. The park was lovely and kept our children, aged between 6 and 11, happy. The toilets and showers were kept very clean and looked very new. And there was another room we could use for watching TV, charging phones, lots of tables for playing board games. This was was really helpful when the weather wasn't too good. Dishwashing is undercover which is also great when the weather isn't so good. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely site located right next to the river thames. I was a bit worried about the site warnings of flooding at times but there was never any risk while we stayed. We stayed for a full week having travelled quite far. The facilities were very clean. We enjoyed days out to London, Legoland and Windsor from here. Public transport could take a while so driving or Uber would be mostly recommended. We parked in Richmond a caught the tube from there for our London day. Worth being a member of the club for this site for the cheapest price.

The site is nice enough, clean and friendly staff. But the pitches I don’t think are upto the standards normally expected for a camping and caravan club site. Oddly you end up with the neighbours car on your own pitch, very confusing how it works out with your car on the next door neighbours pitch. Really let’s down the experience as all I I’m doing is making sure my kids don’t go close to the car……. It’s literally right next to the awning doors So in other words no space for the kids to play…… very dissapointing. I’ll scrub this off the list for this very reason unfortunately. It is this that makes us use camping and caravan club sites, plenty space normally!! I feel like sardines in a tin can. 6 metres apart…….. but with a petrol car inbetween…… kind of defeats the purpose of the fire safety rules. A frames out only… so you basically don’t have full use of your own pitch….. you have to setup in rows. I hate this. Ruined our experience if I’m honest.

Lovely clean & well maintained site. All the staff were really friendly & helpful. We were met by Mark who took us to our pitch & explained the site layout. Pitches are well spaced & enough room for awning etc. Shower/toilet facilities have been upgraded & are spotless, hot showers & hair dryers. Despite being under the flight path for Heathrow, the noise wasn’t intrusive, & didn’t spoil the ambience of the site for an evening walk along the nearby Thames footpath. We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Tower, & for us this was the perfect location away from the City. We drove to Hounslow West car park & left the motorhome there all day ( no height barriers & security cameras) which cost us £6.90 & then took the tube on the Piccadilly line changing at Hammersmith to the District line straight to Tower Hill. All very easy. We couldn’t take advantage of the takeaway unit on site as it only operates on Friday & Saturday evenings & Sunday morning so can’t comment on food quality. The only issue we did have was lack of bins for rubbish & recycling. We only found one area which was quite a distant from our pitch. A few more dotted around the site would be good please. Other than that, a great site for visiting the London attractions!

1st off the staff could not do more to help. The bins were an issue while we there but as the staff member said it was not their fault they had yet again been let down by the contractor who was meant to empty the bins. The staff however attempted to alleviate any rubbish issues as best they could. The site was clean and tidy with plenty for the children to do. The food supplied by Lovely Juberly however was probably the worse I hv even had the misfortune to eat from a takeaway van. We had fish and chips which tasted like the cheapest pre battered fish portion bought from a wholesaler, a triangle of tasteless yuck. We also had a cheeseburger which tasted like soggy cardboard and the cheese was pre shredded cheese. The food is apparently cooked and then kept warn in a small oven wrapped in tin foil. If we ever stay there again we will venture out to the small village and get our takeaway from their. Never again. There is a launching platform for Kayaks, canoes and paddle boards into a small inlet from the river Thames, this flows past a pub situated at the head of the inlet. BE WARNED THOUGH at the moment it is nesting season and there is a VERY TERRITORIAL SWAN that will attack on sight any water born craft that comes within 50-60 yards of its hidden nest on the island that the inlet flows through, YOU WILL BE ATTACKED and FOLLOWED for a considerable distance. The swan will attempt to get behind you to peck you and will also attempt to knock your craft over in an attempt to get at you. This happened to at least three unsuspecting people trying to you the inlet.
