Disney hotel was amazing ! The hotels new design is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and large. Remember to put on the do not disturb sign, if not the house keeping will come in at 9:30 without knocking..

Although the prices are high, it's truly worth it. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves.

This was the most expensive hotel on our trip, but it felt the least worth it. I guess you can't beat the location though. Being close and convenient is its only upside; it truly is very close. But everything else is a downside, especially the bathroom. Wasn't it recently renovated? Why isn't the shower fully enclosed? There's only half a glass door, so water splashes all over the floor when you shower. And the toilet, why isn't it a smart toilet if it's new? Paying 12,000 for a night here is just ridiculous.

The room was great, everything was good. The bathroom was a bit small, but still better than those in Shanghai or Hong Kong. Of course, the price was five times higher. The service was also good. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was refined. There was no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which I hope they can add. The only downside was that the hairdryer could use an upgrade. There's a side entrance to the park directly from the hotel, but you still need to buy a ticket.

Expensive, and the room was small, but everything else was good.

The service was mediocre, and the management seemed disorganized, typical of a hotel located in a tourist area. Be aware that booking through Ctrip does not include Disneyland tickets.

It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money.

Very great ambience and good discounts with merchandise

Room was not ready before 6.30PM while it was announced 3.00PM. We had to wait in the lobby. No compensation was ever offered. We couldn’t enjoy any of the hotel amenities after 11AM on checkout day. Felt like we were kicked out from the hotel. The gift shop was sold out on all items we wanted to buy. Not a 5 stars hôtel in any possible way.

Great stay , great area

The hotel was nice

・The service and location are worthy of a Disney hotel. It's expensive, but I recommend staying there at least once. ・It's very close to the Disney parks. You can enter early with a Magic Pass. ・There was a water dispenser outside the room. ・The housekeeping came during dinner time, and tea was provided. ・No loungewear provided ・Bathrobes provided ・Toilet seats provided ・Hair dryers provided ・Air conditioning worked well ・Stable water pressure ・Stylish body cream was available as an amenity. ・If you stay here, be sure to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant like Lumiere. ・There is a shop inside the hotel that sells the same merchandise as in the parks. ・I couldn't find anywhere to buy drinks inside the hotel. You may need to go back to the station to buy cheap mineral water, but you'll have to go through security, which is a hassle.

The hotel room was huge; it had the widest bed and the largest room I've ever had at any Disney resort in the world. It was also very close to both theme parks. The only downside was that the Disney France app couldn't be downloaded directly on Chinese phones; you had to switch your settings to Hong Kong or Macau to download it. Buying tickets at the hotel was also inconvenient; they could only help you buy them on the Disney France website, there was no offline channel, so it took the staff two hours to help with the registration and everything. The hotel buffet wasn't very good either; you could only say that Hong Kong and Japan have a much wider variety of food than France. However, the foreign guests were very disciplined and queued well for food.

The hotel's decor and theme are very Disney-inspired, making it feel like being transported to a fairytale world. Our children especially loved it. The breakfast at Disneyland Paris was very rich, with a wide variety of options that met all our needs. The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, including a swimming pool and a gym, allowing us to relax and unwind after enjoying the Disneyland theme parks. "Disneyland Paris is truly a Disney fan's paradise. From the room decor to the hotel's activities, everything is filled with Disney elements." "We had a very pleasant stay at Disneyland Paris.
