The hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant easy check in. Overall a great stay. The roundabout leading into the hotel is a bit confusing but after going round it twice I got there. It has a very large carpark so no problems there. Nice rooms a nice smell when you entered the room all staff brilliant.

The lady on reception needs customer service training . Asked to take luggage into a room because we were early - then told by another lady abruptly - " Get out you shouldn't be in here" . There are ways of being asked to do things . Won't be returning.

We arrived at the hotel early tea time check in was seamless and the lady on reception was really helpful and polite she asked if we wanted to book a meal in the restaurant we was meeting friends so needed to find a time that suited us all so we said we would come back to reception The room was clean and the bathroom was clean, the bed was super comfy I do like the new cups in the room It was a lovely present stay we was only staying for 1 nite as we was catching up with friends will defiantly return to this hotel when we arrange to meet again

The hotel was pretty good, we went here with it being a good medium point to were we wanted to go. Great clean room and comfy bed, breakfast was okay and easy to get too. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and always happy to help. We would come again.

Nice quiet hotel.Friendly welcome. Comfy bed powerful shower and free car park .All what I need when traveling for business.I forgot to ask for service but receptionist gave me what I needed . Unlimited coffee tea from reception it's a bonus.

This hotel is our go to hotel when visiting family. The staff are fabulous and always remember us when we go. Due to family circumstances I travelled alone this time,but the staff made me feel so welcome and not alone. Rooms are always clean to a great standard considering it’s an older hotel. It’s always a great night sleep. The restaurant is attached, I would recommend booking a table for breakfast in advance as it can be very busy at weekends. Food is hot and fresh and plenty to choose from.
