Very nice hotel, the rooms were good and cozy, the beds were nice, the bathroom was huge. The menu's here for dinner were really good and delicious, the breakfast was rich and had so much choice. Dinner was always a 5 course dinner menu (I included pictures), for example: we had a pumpking mouse appetizer with peccorino cheese sauce, chick pea soup, then there was always pasta (at this point I always struggled to eat, because I'm not used to so much food, I saved up myself for the main dish), this pasta was spaghetti with garlic and bread crumbs, the main course was nice tender meat with green beans, and for dessert a cheese cake with berries, it was a huge amount of food, but so tasty and delicious, self serve salad stand is also there. We were satisfied with the service. The staff was nice and professional. the only downside was brown water coming out of water faucets 20 min, there was a lot of air inside the water pipes when I showered, ...

We went to Chianchiano Terme, because our son went to Camp, that were just in front of the hotel. What I appreciate the most, is the quality of the attention, and how the staff treat us, in general.. We had so many questions and they always found a way to help us, and the staff from breakfast.... so nice! The rooms are huge, in our case we had one with a full terrace and it was so good to spend some time there with a glass of wine. The spa is very nice and location is very good too, we were just walking around.

We went on a family vacation in Tuscany while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and two dogs in Stutgaart, Germany. The Villa Ricci staff couldn't have been more accomading forour crew. We had a great breakfast cooked to order each morning and thenn went on day trips in Tuscany. We dined in the Villa several evenings and also had dinner at several vinyards and other restaurants. The meals at the Villa were excellent, although the menu was limited. We were a bit apprehensive about the dogs, both well behaved, were not a ploblem i most places, weth churches being the lone exception for us, The Villa staff was also helpful in our touring with suggestions about routes, parking, and the availability of shuttles.

Staff dell'albergo molto gentile. L'hotel è un tre stelle, ma accogliente e carino. La nostra camera 420 superior era spaziosa con balcone e arredamento moderno. L'hotel si trova in una zona strategica e molto comoda per poter visitare i borghi vicini come Montepulciano e Pienza con dei paesaggi incantevoli! Abbiamo fatto anche visita a Orvieto in Umbria e ammirato lo splendido Duomo. La colazione offriva un'ampia e ricca scelta. Buonissime le torte! La cena servita al tavolo dal personale gentilissimo prevedeva un piccolo antipasto, due primi con possibilità di scegliere un secondo con contorno e infine il dolce. Per le tre sere che abbiamo cenato abbiamo apprezzato la cucina casalinga semplice, ma genuina. Disponibile un buffet di insalate. Suggerisco magari di includere qualche verdura cotta o grigliata. Plus dell'hotel il salone dell'acqua dove ci si può rilassare in una piscina riscaldata e illuminata con giochi di luci colorate e idromassaggi. Ottima l'organizzazione per accedere a orari stabiliti previa prenotazione. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente terremo presente questo albergo per un prossimo viaggio in Toscana!

Personale molto carino , cameriere a cena molto simpatiche e attente locali molto puliti anche se la struttura e le camere sono un po' anni 80 la Spa è molto bella e i massaggi da noi fatti sono stati il top della nostra vacanza.Mangiare abbondante ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Mi spiace molto, ma devo dire che a parte la gentilissima signorina al ricevimento ho trovato parecchie cose che si potrebbero migliorare....dai mobili e i pavimenti della stanza rovinati, la porta del terrazzino che si chiudeva con fatica,dal bagno cieco senza aspiratore,dal cappuccino e le spremute a colazione un po annacquate ,al centro benessere a pagamento e a tempo limitato....mi auguro che le osservazioni possano servire x migliorare,buon lavoro

Albergo otttimo, la stuttura è datata ma tenuta molto bene. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno in un hotel c'è ed è curata: a partire dal parcheggio gratuito, dalla gentilezza alla reception , dalla pulizia della stanza, dalla colazione( inclusa nel prezzo della stanza ) dalla professionalità e dall'allegria del personale di sala. Molto bello la vista dalla stanza e soprattutto molto funzionale il balconcino con tavolino sedia e lettino. Una cosa da rivedere il bagno, nulla da dire sulla pulizia ma il peso degli anni si fa sentire...Unico vero neo l'acqua minerale nella stanza a pagamento

E' un ottimo hotel dove io e mia moglie siamo tornati per una seconda volta a breve distanza di tempo: le stanze sono confortevoli e il bagno è ben attrezzato. Nel secondo soggiorno avevamo anche un terrazzino con poltrone e tavolinetto. Molta pulizia e personale gentilissimo. La piscina del Salone dell'acqua è gradevole e tenuta sempre pulita. Anche il ristorante è ottimo, con varietà di portate, tutte abbondanti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
