Hotel con camere ristrutturate, pulite e in posizione comoda. Ci sono però delle note negative: il parcheggio è troppo piccolo rispetto al numero degli ospiti (contrariamente a quanto descritto online "ampio parcheggio"), difatti esiste un altro "parcheggio" collegato da una scaletta fatiscente, che però è un campo non illuminato e non sorvegliato; la colazione purtroppo non è stata all'altezza neanche di un 3 stelle, nonostante l'orario di fine colazione fosse alle 9,30, alle 9,00 era tutto già finito (erano avanzate solo 3 fette di ciambellone e 5 biscotti disposti su di un piatto), il latte macchiato purtroppo era imbevibile..per cui ci siamo recati a fare colazione al bar del centro. Addetto alla reception poco affabile con la clientela. Basterebbe veramente poco per migliorare questi aspetti; tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Personale gentile e cortese. Hotel situato in zona tranquilla e ideale per un week end. Parcheggio interno. Camera essenziale, dotata di tutti i comfort e ben climatizzata. Unico neo è la località di Chianciano che sembra abbandonata...

Dopo la prima esperienza, super positiva, in questo hotel qualche anno fa non potevamo non tornarci! La Struttura è molto pulita e moderna, personale gentilissimo. La camera carina e dotata di tutti i comfort. C’è un ampio parcheggio, posizione perfetta perché vicinissima alle terme!

Per essere a Chianciano (la patria degli hotel chiusi, diroccati o stile anni 70) è un buon Hotel RISTRUTTURATO. Stanze un po' piccole ma per fare un weekend di terme è perfetto. Staff gentile, buona colazione con cappuccino vero, non da macchinetta scadente. Unico neo: termosifone acceso solo al bagno, in camera bisognava accendere lo spalti dell'aria condizionata (calda). Lo staff è cosi gentile che al ritorno dalla cena ce lo ha fatto trovare acceso, il problema è la notte il mattino che staccando lo spalti faceva freddo. Riaccendendolo però scalda rapidamente... Nel complesso, qualità-prezzo, 4 stelle piene!

Hotel pulito, ben accessibile, camere un po’ piccole ma ben strutturate, personale gentile e competente. Colazione di qualità. Le Camere sono silenziose e ben climatizzate. Non ci sono particolari obblighi per check-in e check-out. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Ottimo prezzo.
