This time I booked a room in advance for a visa run from Thailand to Laos, but when I arrived at the Chiang Khong border, I discovered that this hotel was very far away from where I was at the Chiang Khong border, and also very far from the bus station I was going to the next day. It was far away and not in the city, so the taxi driver told me that the cost of driving me there would be quite high, and they had to confirm where the hotel was. So the driver and I made many phone calls to the hotel, but Google Maps and Trip. The hotel phone numbers on com were all wrong, so we were unable to contact the hotel. In the end, we were unable to check in for various reasons, and the hotel could not cancel for me. It was a very inconvenient experience. Please pay attention to the hotel. Thank you🙏🏽
