Love the location ,big room ,price Restaurant around We would come back for sure

Location is great. I checked in very late, after midnight and they still have receptionist to serve my check in. Very quick and easy, no need deposit. I stayed here before, but this time when I entered the room it was quite smelly, perhaps from the toilet side. It has all the amenities you need for the stay. Because it’s location at Ninman, do expect heavy traffic jam getting to there hotel and out from hotel.

Room is not very clean, even after the housekeeping cleaned our room, the hair still left at the shower area. My leg has a few bumps after the hotel stay. The shower area is ridiculous, the water will splash everywhere regardless how I tried avoiding it. Shower suddenly extreme cold / extreme hot / extreme strong. However, customer service is really good, bellboy is also helpful and friendly. Location wise is good

The location is close to the shopping center. It's easy to find the way out for food, 7-11 and shopping malls.

Great stay! Located centrally at Nimman area. Walking distance to many eateries and the Maya Mall. Also with car park space just outside the hotel.

Location was fab - right by the White Market and Maya shopping. The rooftop pool was lovely although only one was open due to renovations. Staff were pleasant. The mattress, however, was quite hard and combined with the single-glazed windows made a poor nights sleep. The bathroom could do with some de-moulding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to all the key attractions and convenience stores. The facilities were impressive, and the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was a highlight. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Nimman, Chiang Mai. Highly recommend this hotel!

They upgraded my room because of my birthday. Rooftop swimming pool is amazing! All of the staff are very nice.

Hotel is big and clean with reasonable price, located near the main road of Nimman area. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. If you don’t want to go somewhere far by car, you can walk to Nimman main road, everything you need is there. It’s convenient to stay at this hotel.

Great experience. Great staff. Breakfast changed daily. The staff was friendly. They helped me book and returned a motorbike. Best part was, I forgot the shuttle drivers name, but he made the transfer to the airport effortless and efficient! Thanks agian! Oh btw the pool was nice.

Special thanks to Ben, the manager of this hotel. I had a bad experience while checking-in however, Ben made my trip so much more beautiful. It could depend on staff service but location, facilities & amenities here are great. I’m highly recommend.
