Its located in a quiet area of Chiang Mai old town, close to food places and bus stops. The room is well kept, shower is very nice and theres a heated option too! And AC if you need it. The sunrise is also super cool from the 3rd floor.
Its also family owned with a nice seating area on the second floor. 10/10

Worth the price for short stay. Pls note that there is no amenities provided however the the location and the old lady owner are great and nice:

big problem - trip.com said AIRCON in the room amenities (fan double room was the room type).............but I had to pay extra !!!!!!!!!!!!

The price is very cheap so can't expect much more service, very close to night walking street, and close to bar zone, a good place for stay to discover night life.

The location is very good. It's a short walk to the road alone. It's clean, but it's a pity there's no water available.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet location. The only amenities in the room are a fan. For four nights they never offered to clean the room. For that kind of money it's basically ok.
