Very nice place to stay in. Comfortable rooms, not far from the city centre. Friendly staff, there's also a coffee place at the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located next to night market, local hot pot area which we really liked. We liked our stay there, however the breakfast has not many choices and not many options for baby's breakfast. Other than that, hotel staff is friendly enough.

Staffs are very great and lovely. But the room is not that perfect. The bed is hard, there are no face paper, and the room cleanliness is okay but could be better. The main disadvantage is the height of floor to ceiling is very short, it would make you crowded.

Hotel location is good and best ; only facilities washroom no good ; everything is fail , air condition had like smell no good ; but king size bad is good quality

I think it’s a okish hotel. They provide free orange juice and instant coffee and chocolate. There’s a small swim pool inside which you can’t really swim but just chill there. Didn’t have breakfast there so no comment. The location is slight far away from almost any spot in Ching Mai which means you’ll have to take a cab every time going out. But the cab here is cheap so I think it’s ok. To rate this hotel considering the price I’ll say it’s a 4.6/5

Fantastic Hotel, boutique style, peaceful and quiet place, the room is quite big, and has the essentials fridge, hair dryer, television, air conditioning, has a pretty cute pool and the rooftop is super nice, with nice chairs and sofas, the attention is one of the characteristics of the place, BOA and TAM are super efficient, pleasant and helpful, in general everyone is very attentive, like everything, there are things that could be improved but for the affordable price you can't ask for more. Important note: the majority of tourism that ISTY hosts is European and that helps to make the stay more enjoyable. Adicional note: 20 meter from the hotel theres a area of barbecue restaurant, around 6 or 7 different restaurants. Enjoy and have a great time in Chain Mai.

The room is a bit small. But everything is fine. The environment is comfortable. The swimming pool is clean. The service is good. I am satisfied.

Norhing to wow about this hotel, it's more like the better version of B&B. Location wise it's tucked next to POR hotel and next to buddhism cremation center. Happen I experiencing such cremation ceremony at late noon from my tiny hotel room balcony after checking in. You can see the strong disposes of smoke and ashes even my balcony chair is full of ashes dust....gosh!!!!! 🤧The process of ashes to ashes, dust to dust on your holiday????!!!! Seem something beyond your imagination! Furthermore the hotel is considered dated. Many areas need immediate upgrading such as shower room water leakage, no telephone, hair dryer and safe box in my room, balcony glass door cannot securely locked, pool are always full of tree leaves, the kitchen look messy and the plates provided for guests are not clean enough.🙏🙏🙏

A great deal, including swimming pool, work space and big lobby for networking and making friends and a free flow of refreshments also. Strongly recommend.

The hotel is so great !

The hotel is very affordable. Even the smallest room that I booked is pretty a good size considering the low price. Free juices 24/7. A rooftop bar and a swimming pool that open til late. The room itself is quite humid (mine is located on the ground floor), and bad soundproof, I could hear people talking/walking/driving outside the room. There's a small balcony in my room which is right next to a parking lot so it's quite noisy and lack of privacy. Around 20 mins walk to the Old City but there's not much to see nearby during the day. Cabbing to the Nimman area or JJ market is not expensive anyway. Some restaurants nearby but mostly KBBQ or Shabu Shabu, so it's not too convenient if you want some local food.
