I think the Holiday Garden Hotel and Resort is a great budget hotel in Chiang Mai, big rooms comfy bed and nice facilities. It's a bit old and showing signs of ware and the buffet breakfast looked great but wasn't delicious. Even after this I would still recommend it for the price. The hotel environment is great. The kids loved playing in the water. The food was also very good. We really enjoyed it. Room service was also available, which was much appreciated.

I initially booked for two days and really liked it, so I extended my stay. Facilities: Well-equipped, with a rich breakfast. Cleanliness: Good, bedding was changed promptly. Environment: Very good, with complete amenities. Service: The staff provided excellent service.

The environment is great, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll bring my mom to stay here next time.

The room was small, but it's super close to Maya Mall and One Nimman. The surroundings are lovely, and the service was great. For such a low price, what more could you ask for?

Due to a flight delay, I couldn't check in on the first day and only arrived on the second. The overall hotel style is quite good, very photogenic. Breakfast was also decent. The only downside is that you can hear planes flying overhead at night. The service was also pretty good.

This truly lives up to its name as a garden hotel. The scenery inside is unique, and the rooms are well-decorated. It's definitely worth recommending. It's not far from the city center, only a 30-minute taxi ride, or a short walk if you prefer.

The first impression pf the hotel was good but when I get into my room it was so disappointing. I chose double sized bed instead of two singles and they just put two single bed together into one bed. 🙄 One of the duvet cover was not clean and every corner of the room you can see dust. The air conditioning system was good but there is no fan in the toilet which means you need the door open after you use the toilet. And there is no tissue in a hotel room?!! They gave me a roll of toilet paper instead. The worst part was bathroom. There are mould everywhere. The wall wasn’t clean and obviously they don’t really clean it(You can see it in the photos) The shower head holder doesn’t hole it well and the water from the shower was soooo dirty. You can see how dirty the shower filer after just taking one shower. I am so glad I brought a shower filter with me. There were so many people who take care of their garden and they keep it so nicely. Please check the room care more as well. Their breakfast was enjoyable with various choices. And the location was good but watch out. You will hear the sound of landing and denaturing flight so loud. And it continues until 12am.

The hotel has a nice environment with lush greenery and a swimming pool. It's very close to Maya Mall and One Nimman. The facilities are a bit old, and there's no elevator. Breakfast is just okay, but the service is friendly, and they offer luggage storage.

This hotel is quite good, conveniently located near Maya Mall, One Nimman, and Chiang Mai University. The surroundings are beautiful; the hotel's garden, pond, and goldfish are all lovely and very relaxing. The room wasn't very big, and you could hear airplane noises. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. For lunch and dinner, eating at the nearby malls was a good option, and reasonably priced. We tried a Michelin restaurant inside One Nimman, but the food and ingredients were just average, quite expensive, and very crowded. Restaurants in Maya Mall offer better value.

The hotel environment is decent, and the pool is open for use. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned; the door locks are still traditional keys. The napkins at breakfast aren't great. However, the staff's service attitude is good. It's less than 1km from Chiang Mai University and its night market, and close to a convenience store. The only downside is its proximity to the airport; you can feel planes flying right overhead before 11 PM, and the engine noise is quite noticeable.
