The location is not bad, and it's spacious for the price, so I'm using it as my regular lodging in Chiang Mai. It's convenient because you can also eat breakfast. There's a tuk tuk right in front of you, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport or anywhere else.

The bed is soft and I like the small air conditioner in the room. The sound is really loud. The old all-in-one machine does not have a refrigerator. Everything else is OK. It is also close to Terminal 21. Big C is also close. Overall, it is OK. The room card on the 1st floor is required to go upstairs. Now it is the price. 17,000 KRW a night cheaper

Really good location and area. It is well managed but the only issue is the shower head that is a bit old and doesn't work on it's full capacity

For the money = a bargain in a great location.
Clean - simple accommodation in the perfect lication of the Old City.
Walking distance to all the places you wxnt to visit.
Lots of food - coffee- just down the street.

Try Grazie Restaurant for the best Thai food - cheap.
