Friendly walk up boutique hotel in a convenient location. Surrounded by nice cafes, popular eateries and next to it is the famous Wat Ket Karam temple. Place is tastefully designed, I love it! Thanks Khun Fah and Khun Nisha (hopefully I got your names right!) for recommending yummy eateries. Highly recommended.

Recommened ! Great value and location, the room is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable. The hotel provides towels / shower gel and shampoo, also have hair dryer which is rare for other hotels at their price. The place is simple yet meets all my basic needs. My room is on the 4th floor and windows are located next to the corridor. The stair is quite steep but i travel light so that didn't bother me. Street can be a bit noisy early in the morning, so if you are sensitive bringing earplugs would be a good idea.

disappointing. nice hotel, friendly staff. room is tiny but looks nice. it is super noisy. noise from the street (poor windows) and the room next door (when they were having a shower it sounded like they were standing next to my bed). bed is hard like a brick. i wanted to enjoy a midrange hotel for a few nights to have some comfort and get some good sleep. the opposite was the case. i was woken up every morning around 7 from the noises and my body felt super stiff. i had some better nights in the 350 baht hotel with the worn out mattress where i stayed before

The accommodation seemed to be nicely decorated and recently remodeled, so I chose this as my second 2-night accommodation in Chiang Mai. The common areas and the accommodation itself are very pretty, but the shortcomings felt bigger to me after staying there, so it is a disappointing accommodation. The pros are that the bedding is as soft as hotel bedding, which is great. The staff is friendly, and although there is no breakfast, there is instant coffee and bread snacks. Since it is near the shopping area, it is only a 5-minute walk to Warorot Market, which is nice. They also let me store my luggage after check-out. . I think it would be better if they improved it, so I will leave my thoughts. I stayed in room 302, but there was a creaking sound every time I used the stairs going up to the 4th floor, and the road noise was quite loud. And the room is too small. I had no choice but to live on the bed, so it was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was really good, but the amount of hot water was not large, so I had to turn the water pressure down, and it was very uncomfortable because the water did not drain. For those who are going to Wajamman, going to Warorot Market, or coming alone, it is a pretty accommodation that is okay for a short stay.

Good points: The hotel is conveniently located. Across the small bridge is Warorot Market. There are many restaurants ahead of the market. There is a 711 at the head of the market. There are two massage shops opposite the hotel. The hotel front desk can speak English. The service is still very thoughtful. You can only enter the hotel by swiping the room card, which is also safe. The hotel's door is decorated very beautifully, and the bed is comfortable and soft. Bad points: Don't write some rooms without windows! The room itself is small, and the decoration is a bit like the style of a 80s guesthouse. It is very depressing and aggrieved without windows. I wanted to change hotels as soon as I entered the room, and I stayed there for 2 days. Basically, I didn't go back to the room except for sleeping every day. I would rather sit in the lobby and play games in the hotel. I felt short of breath as soon as I entered the room. In addition, if you don't explain it, the room will not be cleaned if you stay in a row. The hotel's sound insulation is not good. When taking a shower, playing music, the sound of water can be heard clearly. The sound of motorcycles on the street in the second half of the night is also clear. The sound of Thai motorcycles after modification is super loud.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Its decoration is very unique. The guy at the front desk is very nice. The room is not very good, it is slanted, there are many mirrors inside, the shower water is not hot, but the aromatherapy in the room is good!
