Great room! The local food around here is amazing and truly authentic – highly recommended! The location is pretty good too, with lots of foot massage places and 7-Elevens nearby. Plus, the owner speaks Chinese, which is a nice bonus.

Convenient location. Walking distance to many good food area, store and places of interest. Clean and specious for premier double room, hot water is powerful. Friendly front counter staff and not forgetting the welcome drink at lobby area 😉!

Perfectly located hotel offering clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly service, and convenient access to everything we needed during our stay.

I was quite hesitant at first due to mix reviews in google but overall, we were very satisfied. Helpful staff from the morning shift receptionist (was not able to get the name). Able to accomodate our request. Vreakfast not so many options but can fill in tummy before morning tour. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I booked 2 types of room as the double room was not available on my first 2 nights. Highly recommended. Location wise, near to warorot market, ping river. Welcome drinks different everyday and very refreshing. There is a tao bin outside of the hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's a short walk to Thapae Gate, Warorot Market, and the Woven Street. There are also plenty of food options right outside. Absolutely fantastic! The room was perfect for a solo traveler, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, looking clean and bright. There's also a simple wardrobe design, which was a nice touch! I'm planning to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

Stayed for four nights and would definitely choose this place again when I come back to Chiang Mai. It's quiet, unlike Nimman Road which is on the flight path. The location is very convenient for getting around. I felt great about everything, and the service was excellent. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, and the design is well-thought-out, making for a very comfortable stay. I also appreciate that they don't use disposable bedding. I honestly don't know where the negative reviews come from; maybe my standards aren't high, or some people are just hard to please.

The hotel has a nice exterior and a convenient central location, making it easy to walk to many major attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was small but comfortable, though the soundproofing wasn't great – footsteps outside the room were clearly audible. Service at the hotel was pretty average; no one helped with luggage upon arrival, no matter how heavy, and the front desk staff seemed to ignore it. Male guests should bring their own razors as the hotel doesn't provide them, and the front desk mentioned a convenience store nearby.

Location is ok, no 7-11 nearby but there is a lotus just 100 meters away where u can find basic stuff you need.

It’s located in nice location, not many traffic in front of the hotel that is what I like. Close to ช้างม่อย where is one of the hot destination of tourist attraction, close to a really yummy tasty noodles shop “ธนาโอชา” just cross the street from the hotel. But one thing that I dislike is.. the bed was not comfy at all but overall is nice :)

The front desk proactively offered to switch my twin room to a king-sized one, but I didn't expect the room to be incredibly tiny with a very awkward layout. They crammed a 2-meter bed into such a small space, leaving absolutely no room to move around, and I couldn't even fit my suitcase! The only upside to this hotel is its decent location, but without breakfast included, it's really not good value for money.

Perfect for the solo traveler - super clean and modern. Although the room is small, the toilets are clean and the decoration is really nice.
