Villa Klang Wiang

I have stayed in almost 10 hotels in Chiang Mai, and this one ranks among the top three. It can be said to be the first choice in the ancient city! I was fascinated by the golden leaves falling on the eaves with the wind, and the whole room was full of the owner's private collection. The location of the hotel is very friendly for shopping and eating, quiet in the bustling city, large rooms, balconies, swimming pools and gyms.

The hotel environment is beautiful, like a secret garden. But being on the edge of the ancient city is not very convenient and you need to take a taxi to get in and out. The service is very poor. It can be said that there is basically no service. The waiters are not smart. They will not solve any problems raised. There is always only one sentence: We are full.

I don’t know why so many people give it full marks. In addition to good hardware, this hotel's service is basically negative. The waiters have no sense of service at all, their English is poor, they don't provide service at all, and they don't care about the problems they report. They say that the room is full and they won't solve it. This kind of hotel is really expensive and I will never stay there again. Not recommended at all.

Stayed for two nights in a row, and this is the first time I give a negative review: because the service is so bad! Except for check-in on the first night, there were basically no waiters at other times, but there was no need for it, so it was okay. It collapsed on the second night. My child and I went to bed at around 21:00 local time. Around 22:00, the landline phone rang. The waiter asked us what time we would have breakfast tomorrow (we had already filled out the breakfast card for two days when we checked in and stated it clearly. time and type). Calmly hang up the phone and go back to sleep. Around 22:30, the bedside alarm clock suddenly rang. After I pressed it, it wouldn't stop until I removed the battery. We have never set an alarm clock at all (we asked the child specifically and she has not set the alarm clock. She is a big girl and is not that boring), and the alarm clock did not go off on the first night (which means it was not set by the previous guest), so then It can only be set up by the cleaning staff. This is not the key, we continued to sleep later. Around 6 a.m., there was another series of jingling bells. I think I removed the battery, it couldn't be our house, it must be next door, and then the alarm kept ringing for half an hour. I couldn't sleep anymore, so I got up and went to the toilet. I was surprised to find that there was an alarm clock in the toilet, and it was ringing. What kind of unscrupulous waiter is this? Why did you set two alarm clocks for us? Turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep. There was another sound of tables being moved and the floor being mopped. I saw it was only 8:30, and it turned out that the people next door were checking out, and then the waiters were cleaning the room with great fanfare. I'm really about to collapse. Please ask Ctrip customer service to coordinate. Ctrip was pretty awesome, but then the waiter stopped cleaning. When we finally checked out, no one apologized for what happened. This hotel is more like a family hotel. Except for the better decoration and beautifully placed items, the service is really terrible. The waiters look like a family and feel that they lack training and enthusiasm. In addition, the location of the hotel is very remote, deep in an alley, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the main road. The guests are mainly European and American, so it is not recommended for Chinese people to stay here.

A very good small resort hotel with warmth and taste. It's right in the old town, so it's very convenient to go out and play. Every piece of furniture and items bought for the hotel is of high quality, and it can be seen that a lot of care has been taken. The girls at the front desk are also very friendly, and the doorman is very down-to-earth and has a warm smile. The breakfast is rich and authentic, the bedding is comfortable, and the room has a balcony. It's especially suitable to sit outside during this season.

I really like this hotel. It is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It has everything a hotel should have. The gym and swimming pool are also very comfortable. The service is also great. The decoration style makes people feel relaxed.

I went to Chiang Mai on May Day to see Little Sweet Potato 🍠Some people recommended it, but Ctrip didn’t have any reviews. The hotel is within a 15-minute drive from the airport, hidden in the alleys of the ancient city, and offers tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Very close to Tha Pae Gate and temples. There are 3 choices for breakfast, Chinese, Western and Thai. The three of us chose three options and couldn't finish them all. When we checked in, we chose breakfast and time for the next day. The restaurant is on the first floor. The hotel also has a swimming pool, a gym, and a study room that I didn't have time to visit, but it's said to be very enjoyable. All in all, this is a recommended hotel for Chiang Mai Fried Chicken. The service attitude is also great.

It's a really nice, healing and cozy villa hotel. Bonus points for the breakfast, which is very selective and rich (can be eaten as lunch). My stay in the deluxe room was also very good, and the overall experience was very good!
