Owns by a small family and they are super nice. Son can speak English well and helped me with everything. No elevator so you have to carry the bags upstairs by yourself. Clean area and security is satisfactory. Rooms are small and nice. Bathroom is small but I was the only one staying so it’s okay. 10 mins walk to the city center. Overall it is a budget friendly hotel to stay if you are not expecting luxury service.

Basic place. Small room. Budget accommodation, good value for the money I paid but don't expect much. ☺️

I specially booked this apartment for the Saturday night market. The overall environment is very good. It is 2 minutes away from the alley next to the main road of the night market. The entire apartment is quiet, sunny and well maintained. The first floor has access control and is very safe. The room There is a small balcony to dry clothes, and you can see the scenery of Chiang Mai while lying on the bed. It is very comfortable. I would like to say a few comments. The bathroom is not very clean. There is only warm water but not hot water. Maybe Thai people only bathe in warm water.

It is a cute little hotel. The room is not soundproof and should have a lock on the door on another floor. Because I thought that having only a knob would not be safe.
