Easy convenient check-in, big room, nice bathroom, little balcony which was nice. Comfy bed. Great location. Coin washing machines are cheap. Would recommend.

excellent pricing for what you get there! room comes with balcony :-D and: it is kind of quite, even though the big street is close by. if you have scooter or car: go for this one; if not, you have to take taxi or grab, as it is not in a very interesting area. no bicycle or scooter rental around :-/ but a big local food market/foodcourt onn the other side of the bog street/area behind 7/11! in the lobby they have a water heater and you can buy soft drinks and instant noodel soup there

The Wi-Fi was intermittent and unstable. There were cockroaches in the room. The bed was hard. I chose this place because it's close to my school.

I was looking for a place to stay close to the meeting point for the tour, and this was very cheap, so I used this place. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because it was so cheap, but it was cleaner than I expected and worth the price!

The accommodation is located near food and Chiang Mai University. Traveling is very convenient.

The accommodation is as-is. They don't change the towels. They don't check if the shower is working or not. Bad. One word is enough and I will not come again.

Normal accommodation is reasonable for the price. No shower cream, so you have to bring your own.

The only amenities provided were soap and toilet paper. I purchased shampoo and conditioner. I was given two plastic bottles of water per day. It was very helpful that they could store my luggage after check-out. There was no hair dryer. It was a shame that it was noisy. Cleaning was done every day.

Location It was close to the market so I could eat There was a delicious bakery (Nana Bakery) and coffee nearby It was nice and it was clean and enjoyable. The only regret was that I couldn't use the swimming pool (it was too crowded)

The price is cheap and everything else is average.
