This hotel boasts an excellent location for exploring the area. It's situated in the Nimmanhaemin area, full of cafes, and is just a 5-minute walk from One Nimman, a stylish mall perfect for souvenir shopping. The Old City is a 10-minute Grab ride away, and Wat Doi Suthep is about a 30-minute Grab ride. The room was very clean and came with a hairdryer. The staff were incredibly friendly and you could choose your breakfast menu. I visited in July during the rainy season, so the price was reduced, which was a great deal as the rain stopped quickly and didn't hinder sightseeing at all. Chiang Mai airport is very close to the city center, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs or noise-canceling earphones. Also, since there are mosquitoes in the garden and mountains, insect repellent is a must-bring item.

I had a wonderful stay at The Craft Chiang Mai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking. If you’re traveling by car, it may be a little inconvenient, although there is a nearby parking lot within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with excellent service, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel last minute for our trip to Chiang Mai, staying 6 nights with 3 adults and 1 child. The family room was really comfortable! The service was excellent. An extra bed was 1000 baht a night, and breakfast was included. While the breakfast was simple, it tasted great and satisfied my craving for bread! Every day, they refilled our bottled water and snacks, which was a nice touch. 😎 I have to praise the hotel's location – it's absolutely fantastic! It's in Nimman, and you can walk everywhere. Maya Mall, One Nimman, and Chiang Mai University are all within a 1km walk! There are also tons of great food and drink options nearby! Teresa Teng's favorite curry noodles and Joost drinks are all around! Coffee shops, brunch spots, massage places, 7-Eleven – you name it, it's there! I'd definitely stay here again.

The room is dark, and the view from the window is basically blocked. I don’t like this hotel at all as they room can’t work as it’s for business

Room lighting was too dark at night. Curtains were not black out so room was bringt in the morning. Bed was excellent. Pillows and comforter were perfect.

Nice simple place rucked away from the busy side of niman area. Nothing much to comment about the room as it has the badic necessities. There are also food choices near by and a mall close by. I will return to stay at this place again.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Room was spotless, and location perfect - great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old part of Chiang Mai easily walkable. Plenty of variety at breakfast with friendly efficient service throughout my stay. Many thanks to all the staff.

The restrooms are cramped and lack hooks; adding hooks is strongly recommended, otherwise there's nowhere to put clothes. You can hear airplane noises. The owner and staff speak okay English, but the general staff's English is poor, which can lead to misunderstandings. Overall, the price is on the high side; better service and food are expected for this price. Advantages: Modern decor; a good location in the Neiman Marcus district.
