The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but the facilities are somewhat outdated and the overall setup is just so-so. Cleanliness is acceptable. It's very close to JJ Monkey and adjacent to Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. If you don't mind being far from the Old City, this guesthouse is a good option—after all, it's only slightly more expensive than a youth hostel.

I love the hotel and the view from the upper floor. Very sad that it has not a pool, other way I would stay longer here. They give sweet snack every day 😉

The service of the hotel is really good than we expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a lot of facilities in the room. They have a large space for parking. I would really recommend anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai.

Good size room, comfy bed, extras like a microwave. Good service and security. Only 80 bhat by Grab to big gate. Good neighborhood with lots of life.

This is a very lovely accomodations in Chiang Mai, it's so near to many attractions. And everyday have a very lovely local snacks. However, the toilet is smelly. Overall, still satisfying

We had a wonderful stay! The room was surprisingly large and spotless, much appreciated after a long journey. Little touches like the free shampoo, soap, snacks, and coffee really made a difference. The inclusion of a microwave and a water heater was a huge plus a rarity in hotels, and incredibly convenient. But what truly stood out was the staff; everyone was so welcoming and helpful, making our stay extra enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again.
