For me it’s a very good place to stay. Location is good because we had hired a car. It would have got 5 stars if the room was sound proof. Highly recommended for a budget traveler like me.

Good location where nearby JingJai market. It's good to stay during the weekend and walk to the market. The room is clean and it has basic facilities. But you will hear some voice from outside.

Very friendly hotel and they support us a lot with tours organization. Very good price quality hotel. Their restaurant recommendation was very good as well. I recommend this hotel if you will use for sleep and make a lot of activities in Chiang Mai as Elephant visit, Chiang Rai tour and Muy Thai show.

Although this is a little far from city center, I really love this hotel vibe. The room is organized and the staff are helpful. And there are a lots of bars and Jaing Kai market around this hotel.
