The room was surprisingly clean and spacious. We received complimentary breakfast with our stay, but only tried it once during our three days as there are so many better food options to explore in Thailand. The only downside was the significant airplane noise, as we were directly under a flight path, but we eventually got used to it.

Due to high season, we had to switch rooms mid-stay to an Executive King, which was quite spacious. It had a large bathtub on one half of the balcony. The room was in a corner, so the window view wasn't great. There were ants in several spots in the room; staff promptly took care of it, but new ants appeared again shortly after. If you don't need a bathtub, I'd recommend the Deluxe room instead.

The hotel has a great exterior, but the bedding inside is terrible, and breakfast is unappetizing. Unlivable!

Overall is good

Near to One Ninman and Maya Shopping Mall. Eateries within walking distance all around. Easy to walk to various night markets. Scenic hotel premises.

Beautiful Lanna Chiang Mai style hotel, a must visit. Peaceful hotel even in the peak spot in Chaing Mai downtown, Nimman Road. Great breakfast

Booked this place for my sister because I saw good reviews. And here is her experience with the hotel. There's no house keeping for her entire stay with no reason. They put a toilet paper roll and 2 bottles of water at night by your door. Since her flight got cancelled so she extended a night and she was moved to a new room. Nightmare happened! She found 2 huge cockroaches crawling on the floor while she was packing up her suitcase. She successfully smashed one but one disappeared so she couldn't sleep the whole night! HORRIBLE! I asked her why she didn't change rooms and she told me because it was too late (1am when she saw the cockroaches).

Great location very convenient. Friendly staff. Room is also spacious. Just 2 minutes walk you can find everything like convenience store restaurants club and food stall. But if have light sleep then it can be a bit annoying coz you can hear plane flying above every few minutes.

Overall a decent experience, just a few commodities were lacking. The property had a nice rustic look The room took a while to cool off.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious, and the outdoor common areas are well-landscaped with a garden and a pool. Ground-floor rooms have small courtyards, and those on the second floor have balconies. However, the hotel is a bit old, but the price is still acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lush greenery surrounding the property creates a serene atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. The location is ideal, with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. This is the perfect destination for both families amd couples. We look forward to returning in the future.
