For some reason the day I booked this place just showed this place and L nimman , that’s why I chose vulcano.
I wasn’t expecting much just a clean room with amenities. The room is super dusty. I found someone pants in the bathroom drawer ( they’re dirty). The glass sealing glue coming out from the edge of the shower glass and that is the sign of bad maintenance and recklessness. There were only towel and no head towel or bathrobe at all( ask the maid, she said no) the entire room only has one tissue paper in the toilet seat, no any spare in the room at all. The pillow is very loose and flat. Only one pillow per bed ( they have 2 small toss pillows) the good thing about this place is location, it’s next to ThongSmith noodles right in Nimman area. They have great balcony tho. The staff were nice, they are quite (what do you do) ( we chose two single beds)

I love this hotel, every time when I visit Chiangmai, I will choose Vulcano because I love decoration, the room is so much clean with full of amenities. The service is excellent, if you need any help, you can call the staff immediately as well as the bar and restaurant downstairs are very wonderful atmosphere. The price is reasonable and valuable, I recommend this place for every who come to visit Chiangmai!!!!

This is our 2nd times staying here. We checked in late at night. No one is at the front desk table but they leave the key for us on the table. Seems like we got the bigger room than the one we booked! Worth the money. I think it’s one of the cheapest hotel in this area.

The room was not cleaned properly. The front desk staff did not pay much attention to the customers. The orange-yellow light was not bright. The overall room was spacious and the location was good. However, the service was not impressive.

This is close to Nimmanhaemin. Go up the mountain and turn right. There are a lot of places to eat around here, and there is a Korean grocery store and a 7-Eleven. There is no deposit for check-in, and you can just leave your key and leave. There is no one at the front desk, so you have to contact them separately if you want to check in late. Especially for women, Chiang Mai has a lot of cute things to do, such as massage, hair, nail, cafe, etc. I think they will like it. But it would be boring to live there for a month. So I came to Pai Resort and am resting. If you call a taxi with Bolt, it costs 60 to 70 baht to the bus terminal. The location is good, and there is a 24-hour security guard at the entrance. Chiang Mai itself is a very free and leisurely city. If you are bored here, come to Pai Vintage Resort, a resting place in nature. It's good. ㅎㅎㅎ

Cool hotel. Great location. Everything you need is nearby, a good area to live. It's easy to park a bike nearby. Great huge sliding windows onto the balcony. The only downside is that to connect to wifi you had to constantly enter your login and password

Very disappointed with this hotel. We booked on Trip.com app. We clicked on the parking lot. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no parking lot. This is clearly a fraud against consumers. We asked the male staff at the counter if there was parking lot, but they did not answer the question. We had to report to Trip.com app to request a refund. The hotel said that they would put up traffic cones to block the car in front of the hotel. There were always cars driving back and forth in front of the hotel. If our car was hit, would they be responsible? Seriously, they did not give a refund. Trip.com app had to step in and refund more than 300 baht. We spent more than 3,000 baht.
