Very close to the airport, which is convenient for business. However, the air conditioning is really noisy. I've stayed here twice, and if you don't mind the noise, it's perfectly fine. The breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but the combinations are good. Just be aware that if you're late for fruit, it might be gone, or only watermelon might be left. Working by the hotel window is a plus.

Great service and a good location. The AC works really well, but the cleanliness could be better. The sofa is quite old and has an odd smell; it really needs a deep clean. Breakfast was decent, neither amazing nor disappointing.

The hotel cleanliness must be improved.The floor is dirty and sticky. The bathtub has a big chunk of black mold as you see in pictures. The bathtub is not steady. It is not attached to the wall and floor properly. They should remove bathtub out and replace with shower box. Breakfast is another disappointment. It is totally different from hotel pictures. The breakfast area is tiny but crowded. The breakfast choice is very limited and not quality. I contacted Trip.com to request an early checkout. The hotel is kindly enough to let me do so. I really appreciate for their understanding. The bottom line is, hotel quality is very low, but service and location are ok.

Clean

This is really a great hotel with strategic location very close to Airport vicinity. The rooms are quite big and comfy. They also have free shuttle to and from the airport in every 1 hour interval. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to nearby airport and shopping center . Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again

A decent hotel near airport. Hotel provides complimentary airport pick up service. There are eatery nearby. Room is big and bright.

I appreciate free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast was cheap, but good enough.

The bathroom had a strong, irritating smell of disinfectant, there were cockroaches in the hallway, and one even got into the room.

Stayed here overnight for an early flight in the morning. Close to airport and rooms were larger than expected. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay too.

A nice place in front of Chaing Mail Airport Center and just 5 min away from AirPort
