The location of the hotel is excellent, which is the best part. They help organize tours and make it convenient for guests. The room is not bad, though they didn't clean clean them unless we hanged a sign on the door. The electric outlets inside the room are just a few so it's not very convenient, and even some of the hair dryers they provide didn't plug in right. At night and early morning, it was very noisy. The staff are quite friendly. They offered laundry service, though we felt it was a bit expensive. They didn't have breakfast service at 7.00 o'clock, which was weird since many tours pick people up at that time. Overall, not bad.

After checking in on our first day in Chiang Mai, we found the hotel's location to be incredibly convenient for getting everywhere. There were plenty of massage shops and restaurants nearby too. We immediately decided to book another night! It's a great option for guests who aren't too picky about their accommodation.

The hotel was located in a very good area of the old town in Chiang Mai. The room was big, clean and cozy. The only downside is that you can hear what's happening outside, so at nights there were some noisy people. Besides that I had a good stay at this hotel, and I recommend it if you want a place that's convenient.

It was an amazing time spent there . Closed to everything (market, bar, ...) The street is so cute. Furthermore next to one the best temple the Wat Chiang Man. Thank you for your welcome, we will come again next time

Good place to stay inside old city walls. It have spacious room, swimming pool, gym and breakfast cafe. I spent good time here. Cons: power sockets only near bed.

The hotel is nicely designed. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and room clean and newly furnished. The only disadvantage is that our room had window oriented to the communal walkway so we closed the curtains for the whole time.

Good thing I only stayed one night. The drain had a terrible smell. Otherwise, it was fine. It's right next to Wat Chiang Man, which makes it convenient for exploring the Old City. There are also 7-Elevens and places to eat nearby.
