Excellent value hotel. Well located in the Old City, perfect for exploring. Rooms are basic, but clean and very spacious. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when visiting Chiang Mai.

My love🥰 I was the 4th time here. And going to come back. After my last visit last year they changed the bed cloth and towels. Now I do not have any pretension at all.

Location was good, central but quiet. Room was large. Pool was refreshing. Nice temple nearby.

A small hotel located in a dark but easily accessible alley, conveniently situated just behind Wat Chiang Man temple and close to everything in the old city. The price is unbeatable. The pool is nice, but there are no sun loungers or space to change or relax after swimming, as it's an extension of the restaurant. The rooms are basic but adequate. The TV didn't work. The slippers provided were dirty. The air conditioning was too noisy; I had to turn it off to sleep. There were small ants on the bed every night when I came into the room. The large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment is a nice touch. The staff is friendly but not very communicative. The room overlooks a wall and various debris. Ideal for a night or two, but not for a long stay.

Breakfast is too simple! Just eggs, toast, coffee and orange juice. These 4 rooms were different from the ones in the pictures. There were small animals walking around in the wash basins and the hangers in the rooms were worn out. It was more disappointing than expected.

A great hotel, location too, however, I thought the towels weren't washed well, but other than that! Nothing to complain about.

There is no air conditioning, only a fan, so it is very hot in the room during the day. The pool is open, I liked it and there are showers on the first floor, next to it. There is also a free luggage storage room. The location itself is amazing, there are old temples nearby, you can see them right from the pool... There is also a good massage nearby

I booked a 26-day stay hoping to fully enjoy Chiang Mai, but the room facilities and space made it unacceptable. 1. The room's upper beam was directly above the bed (pressing it). 2. The room was less than two meters away from the neighboring house, so the other side could see you, and you could see the other side, leaving no privacy. 3. Due to the distance between the room and the neighboring house, I could only draw the curtains, which made ventilation difficult. Furthermore, the room was only fan-cooled and incredibly hot. 4. I paid 13,600 yuan for only one night (regretful and a waste of money). I immediately moved to a nearby hotel. 5. I travel to Chiang Mai at least twice a year, and this time was the worst.
