The location is convenient, but everything else wasn't great. The bed linen was synthetic, and so were the towels, which was unpleasant. The staff were kind.

I stayed for an extended period and had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious and functional, and none of the facilities were broken. Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff were very kind. I really liked it, so I would like to stay at the Royal Panerai Hotel again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Originally, I only booked for four nights, but then I extended my stay for two more nights. The overall experience was great; the room was big and clean, and the service was excellent. The tap water was also very clean. For the price, it was definitely worth it. The location is also fantastic, with a small river right outside for walks.
