I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful environment. The room was clean, tidy, and breakfast was included—overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The staff deserve the highest praise and truly 5/5 stars! Everyone was extremely warm and friendly, and they even helped with our luggage proactively. One of the staff members spoke Mandarin, which made communication effortless. When I called the front desk with an issue late at night, someone answered immediately and resolved it right away. The service attitude and efficiency were top-notch, making me feel very well taken care of. They also offered a welcome drink along with complimentary snacks and beverages! The only minor drawback was that the room's air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust, but it didn't impact the overall experience at all. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel with a great location, lovely surroundings, spotless cleanliness, and attentive service. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again given the chance. 😊

The hotel is located in the old city. The front entrance is a bit small, but once you step inside, you'll find a delightful surprise. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. After check-in, they even escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained all the facilities. All the food in the room, including the drinks in the mini-bar, were complimentary. The hotel's garden is very lush and boasts a charming Northern Thai style and character! There are many creatively designed coffee corners where guests can relax and enjoy snacks. The breakfast was excellent, and there are many great restaurants near the hotel. Tha Phae Gate is also within walking distance. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!👍

On our first night, a staff member helped us with our luggage. The hotel environment was beautiful and smelled lovely, and the room was clean. All the food and drinks in the mini-bar were free. I stayed on the second floor and it was very quiet, with great sunlight in the morning. Although the breakfast had fewer options, the taste was good, and they offered Thai omelets and rice noodles. The staff were very friendly, and there were even cute cats! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a laundry shop, coffee shop, and 7-Eleven nearby. It's also quick to get around the Old City. Getting from the airport to the hotel via Bolt only took 15 minutes. I'm so glad I chose the right hotel for this trip to Chiang Mai! 👍

The environment is great, and the pool is cleaned daily. The pool depth is also well-designed. There's also a gym. The room environment is pretty good, but the slippers are a bit too thin. The hotel location is excellent. There's a market/Calm massage chain nearby, and a 7-Eleven and Laundry Express downstairs. It's also very close to Tha Phae Gate. 😌 The breakfast is also good, and you can DIY various egg dishes. 🍳

I had a very pleasant four-night stay here. Every single staff member was warm and friendly – truly excellent! I highly recommend the breakfast; the offerings change daily, and it's delicious, with omelets and noodles available. Plus, you can enjoy your breakfast by the swimming pool. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great dining options, juice bars, 7-Elevens, and massage places nearby, all with excellent reviews (4.5+ stars on Google). So yummy! The weekend night market is also within walking distance. The hotel environment is beautiful with many well-maintained plants, making me feel happy every morning when I open the window in my room 😊. And there are many cute little cats at the hotel too!

The hotel's greenery is beautiful, the room is very clean, and taxis can drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is convenient. There's also an uncle at the front desk who speaks Chinese, which is a nice touch.

Everyone, this place is really great! The location is also quiet since it's tucked away in an alley. They even decorated our bedroom beautifully for our wedding anniversary! The breakfast has all the basic necessities. The swimming pool is quite deep and spacious. Surprisingly, there weren't many people swimming, so I got to swim to my heart's content, haha. The fitness center is small but I used it too! The room is also spacious and clean. The only downside is that the air conditioner is loud, but that seems to be the case with any hotel in Chiang Mai, haha. The reason I recommend this place is, above all, the staff are SO incredibly friendly. I was in a good mood the whole time, truly! There are many hidden spaces, so it really gives off a strong vacation vibe. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and many restaurants in the alley. We stayed at 3 different places while in Chiang Mai, and my husband and I agree this was the best! We'd love to come back here again if we visit in the future! There was no deposit!
