Everyone, this place is really great! The location is also quiet since it's tucked away in an alley. They even decorated our bedroom beautifully for our wedding anniversary! The breakfast has all the basic necessities. The swimming pool is quite deep and spacious. Surprisingly, there weren't many people swimming, so I got to swim to my heart's content, haha. The fitness center is small but I used it too! The room is also spacious and clean. The only downside is that the air conditioner is loud, but that seems to be the case with any hotel in Chiang Mai, haha. The reason I recommend this place is, above all, the staff are SO incredibly friendly. I was in a good mood the whole time, truly! There are many hidden spaces, so it really gives off a strong vacation vibe. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and many restaurants in the alley. We stayed at 3 different places while in Chiang Mai, and my husband and I agree this was the best! We'd love to come back here again if we visit in the future! There was no deposit!

I booked a deluxe room which was quite spacious, but the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. There were many small ants on the bathroom sink, and the shower was inside the bathtub, which is inconvenient for elderly people. Water easily splashes out, and the tub is quite high, making it difficult for seniors to get in and out. The air conditioner was old and noisy. At night, I could hear party noises from the bar next door. I have to complain about the breakfast – there wasn't much variety, and it was the same for all 4 days I stayed, even the fruit didn't change. Also, the drinks and snacks in the room were not refilled even after staying for several days. The hotel environment is decent, and the pool, though a bit small, is good for taking photos and quite picturesque.

Beautiful traditional property in an excellent location in Chiang Mai Old City. The atmosphere and architecture are charming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. However, the room and some of the facilities felt quite dated. My room was kinda small, the refrigerator if the first room was old and not very effective, and access was only by stairs, but the staff has been super supportive when I asked to change the room, and they gave me another one the day after. The pool is pleasant but smaller than it appears in the photos. Overall, a good choice if you value traditional character and location, but less suitable if you prefer modern hotel facilities and spacious rooms.

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice! The breakfast and pool area were beautiful 🤩. Plus, there's a Lila massage parlor and a 7-Eleven right downstairs! And a few adorable kittens 🐈! I'll definitely come back next time!

The service was very satisfying, especially the bellhop who always had a smile. The front desk was also good. However, you shouldn't book rooms facing the street. There's a bar that starts promptly at midnight every night, and the subwoofer bass goes on until 5 AM, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, were very patient and showed us around the hotel's facilities. It's conveniently located within the old city, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a 7-Eleven just 30 meters away.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's public facilities are also excellent, especially the pool and the greenery in the courtyard – you can tell a lot of thought went into them. I particularly liked the Chinese guy at the front desk; he patiently explained everything about the room, and whenever we returned to the hotel, he'd proactively greet us. The hotel isn't expensive, but our group genuinely loved it. We'll definitely book here again next time.

I think this hotel is excellent. Before coming, I did a lot of research, and I noticed many reviews (not just for this hotel) mentioned it could be noisy at night because most hotels in Chiang Mai are near the bar street. However, after staying here, my friend and I found it quite acceptable. Firstly, we both sleep well, and secondly, this hotel is actually relatively far from the bar area. We didn't even need the earplugs we brought. The hotel staff's service attitude was also great. Our flight home was in the early morning of the day after check-out. After checking out around 11 AM, we left our luggage at the front desk, and they were fine with keeping it until 7 PM. The staff always smiled when they saw you, and one female staff member even gave me a cat treat to feed a cat when she was feeding them herself. However, there's one issue I think needs attention: the showerhead in our room wasn't the type where you could replace the filter, so even though I brought a filter, I couldn't use it. The water quality was okay, though. On the first day, I tied a face towel around the showerhead and ran the water for ten minutes, and the towel didn't turn yellow. After staying for four days, my skin was fine. But it was difficult to adjust the hot and cold water, and sometimes while showering, the water would suddenly turn cold from warm. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, but we only had it once. I didn't bring a swimsuit this time so I couldn't experience the pool, but I did relax on a poolside lounge chair for a bit. I would recommend this hotel to any friends who come to Chiang Mai.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and the night market. The hygiene is great, and the service is warm and friendly.

The service was excellent. They replenished the fridge with beer, soda, and chips every day. The pool was a bit small, but still very nice and relaxing. The staff were always smiling, and the breakfast menu changed daily.

Located right in the Old City, the hotel offers convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to Wat Phra Singh and the night bazaar. The service was excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful, including delicious mango sticky rice and Northern Thai-style fried eggs. Although the climate was humid, the wooden furniture was unique and charming. The only drawbacks were the excessively strong water pressure in the bathroom, which would fill half a toothbrush cup instantly and splash everywhere, and an unpleasant odor upon entering the hotel, possibly due to the wood interacting with the humidity. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. Overall, the hotel is great; it's quiet yet convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Tha Phae Gate. There are many delicious small restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is less than 100 meters away. The hotel service is also excellent; the staff are all very enthusiastic. This hotel made my first impression of Thailand a very positive one. Plus, the hotel pool is fantastic for swimming, haha, and it's also incredibly picturesque for photos!

I'm a light sleeper, and the air conditioning unit was too loud for me. I had to wear earplugs. Other than that, the environment, cleanliness, and service were all absolutely perfect!

The room was very clean, and the staff did an excellent job cleaning it daily. The courtyard was also beautiful and tidy. The Chinese-speaking gentleman at the lobby was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. The restaurant staff, both young men and women, were also wonderful. My favorites were the two young men at the restaurant; their smiles were so uplifting. When I ordered rice noodles for breakfast, they'd enthusiastically bring them to my table and even helped us with afternoon tea. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but since I was so tired from walking around all day, it didn't affect my sleep. It was a pleasant stay.
