The location is a bit far away from the centre than I expected. The outlook of the hotel is relaxing but somehow disappointing for the room inside. First of all, one of the light and the shower handle in the room had been broken, eve thought the technician came fix those things, the shower handle was really working at all. Secondly, it’s too noisy at night. You could hear noise of the plane which flies over, people singing from the restaurant nearby. And lastly, the facilities inside the room were “historical”. But, at least they do have breakfast provided. And there’s a market nearby, found that on a Saturday morning.

Not the most fancy, but a hidden gem very close to the mountain.

Poorly managed and maintained. Rooms - Toilets had constant sewage and drain smell - Slimy toilets and amenities in toilet - Rooms were not cleaned properly  - Water and towels were not topped up. Only after requests everyday - Bedroom Door could not close.Had to ask for door to be fixed. Breakfast  - Food always running out and not topped up - 2 times the restaurant had to do supply runs to top up eggs and bread!!! - We had to skip breakfast as we waited 45 minutes with no food

Friendly staff; was there for Chiangmai UTMB and the place is close to 50k/20k starting point (PAO PARK)

I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel, and the way the room was prepared was just perfect! The towel folding welcome was such a nice touch. Very impressed. I had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I’m really impressed and would definitely come back!

The room was soundproofed and the environment was beautiful. The breakfast was customized. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Pimpich, who helped us book a motorcycle and also paid part of the deposit for us. I am very grateful to her.

The hotel is located near mountains and a reservoir, and the environment is elegant, but it's quite far from the city. The courtyard is very beautiful, but the facilities are relatively old. The air conditioner is a bit noisy and blows directly on the bed. The staff cleaned the pool and courtyard promptly, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and geckos in the room. There were few people when I checked in, so it wasn't very popular. Breakfast was à la carte.

It was quiet and the Saturday market in the nearby forest was great.

This hotel is perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature. The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious and uses fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is quiet, surrounded by trees and beautiful mountain views. It is suitable for those who do not like the hustle and bustle but are still close to the city.

The atmosphere is very good, cool, you can see the mountains and reservoirs. There are many corners to take pictures. It is quiet and peaceful for real relaxation. And what's better is that there is a delicious restaurant. We are the type who, if we check in, don't want to go anywhere. Order food to eat in the early evening. There is a variety of food here. I was very hungry. It's a pity that I didn't take pictures of the food. The service of the staff is very cute. The service is good and smiling. There is a very chill swimming pool here. The bed is soft and comfortable, very quiet and close to nature, there is the sound of frogs and toads, the air is good, suitable for relaxation, there is a restaurant and cafe with delicious food amidst the atmosphere of mountain views and reservoirs. The staff provides good service and warm welcome. There is a bicycle service to see nature around the hotel. There is also a swimming pool, fitness center and traditional massage service in the middle of the garden. It is really worth it. I will definitely come back to stay again. Visiting Chiang Mai, I found this kind of natural atmosphere in the city. It is really worth it.

I've stayed here 3 times now. The rooms are clean. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service. They're always smiling. It's close to the CM6 running event. I was able to cheer on my fellow trail runners in front of the hotel. 😊

The whole resort environment is very good. However, the rooms inside the hotel are relatively average, the facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are large. The breakfast environment is very good, but the variety is not rich enough. There was a problem with the coffee machine, and the waiter did not take the initiative to help solve it. The lack of variety is also a big problem.
