Refined Review (calm & elegant tone) This was my second stay, and it reminded me why I returned. The location is incredibly convenient — vegan cafés, a bakery, laundry, pharmacy, currency exchange, ATM, yoga studio, and street food all within a short walk. Grab arrives almost instantly, and songthaews and tuk-tuks are easy to catch anytime. Despite the convenience, the neighborhood has a calm, local charm. Chiang Mai Gate and Tha Phae Gate are close enough for an easy walk, yet the area feels peaceful and safe. The room is clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, which I truly appreciate. It’s a simple stay done right: comfortable, quiet, and effortless everyday convenience. I will return again. ここに滞在するのは今回が2回目。 なぜまた戻ってきたのか、すぐに思い出しました。 ヴィーガンカフェ、ベーカリー、ランドリー、薬局、両替所、ATM、ヨガスタジオ、屋台——必要なものはすべて歩いてすぐ。Grabもすぐ来ますし、ソンテウやトゥクトゥクも簡単につかまります。 便利なのに、どこか穏やかでローカルな空気が流れています。チェンマイ門やターペー門にも歩ける距離なのに、静かで安心できる場所。 部屋は清潔で快適、毎日のクリーニングもとてもありがたいです。 派手ではないけれど、必要なものがきちんと揃っている、心地よい滞在。 また必ず戻ってくるでしょう。

This is a Quiet and comfortable room in small alley, where bolt or grab can easily arrive.

The hotel was good, we got an issue but they fixed it the same day, I really enjoyed my time there and Onnie was really good!!! Thank you so much...

One of My favourite hotels in the old town! Quiet, only 8 rooms Although the facilities are a little old, and the bathroom is not as clean as others But everything else is great You can easy access to the only park in the old town, and near the hotel, too many beautiful alleys and homes! I love it! Definitely will stay here more and more!

Fantastic hotel, superb price a d location next to the park with free yoga classes and walk-distance from any place in the ancient city. Very clean and, best of all, extremely quiet, best sleep abroad ever.

Great little spot, within walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful. There are lots of coffee shops and bars close by

Super friendly staff! Good location - 1 to 10 minutes walk to cute cafe and great restaurants, and a night market (Wu Lai walking street). Room is clean and spacious.

Lovely hotel in the old town with friendly staff. The only down side is that the shower seems extremely dirty, even the little shower carpet seems moldy. A small renovation to the toilet would be great. But In general a very nice stay!

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were warm and professional. The room was cozy, and the food was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

Had issues with the property, in evening lot of mosquito in room even though windows closed, very dark in room less lighting, limited n broken power socket which made it hard to charge phone. I booked for 6 nights but had bad experience and left the hotel next morning, thanks to Trip dot Com for helping me and one off rebooking to different hotel.

Very nice hotel! The check in staff was really nice and helped us book a tour! It’s a great location for the old city and chiang mai night market is just 10min away. The room was spacious and clean, the second night they didn’t come to clean and take the trash out but still very nice experience.

Incredible helpful staff and hotel is really nice also bed in my room was cool very good place to stay if you visit Chiang Mai.

Lovely quiet location, great value for money with large rooms with plenty of space. We didn’t mind that the rooms were a little dark, but the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
