It is a quiet location in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. It is within walking distance for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and have complete air conditioning and hot water facilities. The landlady is also very kind.

I stayed at this homestay during the Songkran Festival in 2019. There was no epidemic at that time. The proprietress was super nice. I really miss it so much, so I stayed again❤️

Great place to stay. The owner is extremely nice and helpful with any questions you may have about the area. Very clean and quite room. Good hot and cold shower with good water pressure. Also has laundry service. Most definitely going to stay here my next time through Chiang Mai.

Located in a more chill and less westernized area. Still many things near by for food, sights and easy walk to anywhere in old city.
The host is wonderful and the place is very safe and taken care of.

My daughter and I loved our stay at the Dozy House in Chiang Mai. Besides clean amenities and laundry services, we were grateful for Jina’s assistance in choosing and reserving activities for us.
When we arrived, our room key was at the front desk with a note to add the owner’s contact on WhatsApp. This is how we communicated with Jina for the duration of our stay. It was both convenient and efficient.
Per her recommendation/brochures available at Dozy House, we had the pleasure of visiting Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Pha Lat, Bhubing Palace (and rose garden), the Karen Hill Tribe Elephant Sanctuary, a “Sticky Waterfall,” and took an evening cruise along the Ping River—all within four days. Highly recommended.

We planned to stay at Dozy House for 2 nights, however we kept adding more dates to our stay. We loved it so much. Nina was so friendly and helpful. It was a quiet place to stay but a short walk away from the buzz of the city. The room was clean and the shower was GREAT! If we were to go back to Chiang Mai, we would stay at Dozy House. Thanks again Nina for such a wonderful stay.
