We stayed at Banthai Village 2 years ago. We liked that very much so we booked at this boutique hotel again. Still very friendly staff, nice big room with a good bed, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, located 10 minutes walk from the old city centre, also many restaurants and bars nearby, lots of plants and trees on the property and just a very good ambiance. I absolutely recommend it!

A tranquil place in the heart of the old town. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room spacious and clean, bed comfortable directly in front of the swimming pool. Breakfast in front of the swimming pool with bar for a quick lunch, it was honestly a very relaxing 5 days, loved it all, no negative sides. Highly recommended

I checked in late, but the staff were all friendly and the accommodation had a traditional Thai feel, so it was great. It's close to both the night market and the old city. I recommend it!

The room is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well maintained. Nostalgia is also a feature of this place. The location is excellent, very close to Valoro Market, and it is quiet in the bustle, but there are also some less "regular" massage services around here. The hotel service is warm, polite and orderly. I stayed here for four nights and had to keep quiet in the courtyard because it is a small, small and quiet place.

My friend stayed here last time, and this time he chose this hotel again because he was familiar with the place. Outside Tha Pae Gate, all attractions in the city are within walking distance. It is also not far from Changkang Road Night Market, Waroro Market, and JJ Market. There are also many restaurants nearby, and 7-11 is about a five-minute walk away. All in all the location is pretty good. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a smaller one across the road, which is about the size of a bath. Our room did not have a pool view, but there was a bench at the door of each room, so it was good to rest outside. There are glass windows in the room, so you can wake up naturally with the sunshine every morning. The pillow is just a little high, and I have to throw it away every day to sleep. A friend felt that the mattress was too soft and his back was damaged after sleeping on it for a day. The toilet also drains slowly, making me a little nervous every time I use it.

Although the facilities are relatively old, they have been well maintained for so many years. It is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast and it is acceptable. The hotel is very close to the surrounding scenic spots. This is the most recommended reason. The front desk staff is very friendly and comes very early every day. Clean up the room, it’s worth recommending

They were very kind. The room was clean, there was free water, and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. I had a comfortable stay.

It is quiet and small yet retains the local style. It is within walking distance to Thapae Gate. There are not many types of breakfast. Eggs need to be cooked a la carte. Other optional Thai-style staples, desserts, fruits, coffee and drinks are all included, which is quite good. The room is a Lanna-style loft with a large space and the bedroom is upstairs. However, it is not recommended to bring the elderly or young children to stay, as it will be inconvenient to go up and down the stairs.

Traditional Chiang Mai style, clean environment, lush greenery, and attentive service. I took the midnight train and arrived early in the morning. Thank you for being able to check in early.
