The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and we appreciate their service. However, our stay took an unexpected turn the moment we arrived at our floor. The hallway was very dark, and the overall atmosphere felt unusually heavy and uncomfortable. As soon as we entered our rooms, four of us experienced a strong sense of unease that is difficult to describe. Two of my friends even felt anxious and short of breath almost immediately after entering the room. While there may be a perfectly reasonable explanation, the environment gave us a very unsettling feeling that we could not ignore. We understand that everyone experiences places differently, and this is simply our personal experience. Unfortunately, the discomfort was strong enough that we decided to check out shortly after checking in and move to another hotel. We later applied for a refund through Trip.com, explaining our experience, but the request was rejected. The staff themselves were not the problem. However, due to the poor lighting, uncomfortable atmosphere, and overall feeling of the property, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Not recommended based on our experience.

Pros: Nice and clean hotel with small pool. The staff very helpful and serviceable. Located close to the south east of the old city, it's easily accessible to many places. The double room is big and comfort. Happy hours afternoon is nice. There is no desktop in the room but the staff brought me a table and a chair from the dining area. Cons: The bathroom had only shower head without a pipe. Hot water was something not really hot. There is no real closet so few hooks in the room to hang the coat could be appreciated. Breakfast had choice of several options but was disappointing, without single vegetables except of one single cherry tomatoes with the scrambled eggs.

Great location , walking distance to Big C supermarket and eateries. Away from the husle busle ! Our second stay at this cosy resort !
