Let me start with the positives. **Facilities:** Though small, it has everything you need and more – truly excellent! The pool is also fantastic and clean, perfect for photos. The rooms have a lovely Lanna style. Because it's tucked away in an alley, there aren't many motorcycles passing by at night, so it's quite peaceful. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness really deserves praise! It's spotless, from the showerhead to the sink, as shown in the pictures. **Service:** The front desk staff's Chinese is exceptionally good, making communication seamless – no worries there! We were even given fresh coconut water upon check-in, and the complimentary fruit and snacks show a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended, it's definitely worth it!

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were all very welcoming and spoke Chinese fluently, which was a huge plus. We also got a complimentary mini-bar and fresh fruit. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet.

Location: About a 20 RMB taxi ride to the Old Town, which is quite convenient. Facilities: I thought they were decent, not amazing but acceptable. Environment: The hotel seems to be under a flight path, as you can hear planes occasionally. Just something to keep in mind! Service: The Chinese-speaking butler was very enthusiastic and helpful; you could essentially contact him via WeChat for anything.

The service was excellent! The butler recommended activities and even a massage place, and helped us book them. Good places definitely need to be booked in advance, and having them help us reserve also meant they arranged a car to take us back to the hotel! It was scorching hot at noon, so it was perfect to just lounge in the pool! The cats were super cute! Plus, there's free laundry service!

The environment is absolutely top-notch! My only minor complaint is the soundproofing, but everything else is perfect. The butler service was also amazing, and the ladies all spoke excellent Chinese!

After a bit of a hassle getting to the hotel, I wasn't really expecting a comfortable stay. But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the courtyard! It's absolutely beautiful, a classic Southeast Asian Thai-style hotel. The management company is Chinese, and the manager kindly upgraded my room. They also gave me lots of tips for local dining and attractions, which was very helpful. The service standard is truly that of a Chinese hotel – excellent! 👍👍👍 The Thai lady at the front desk was especially lovely, and more importantly, her Chinese was superb, making communication completely seamless. I had originally planned to stay several more nights, but had to cut my trip short and return home due to an unexpected event. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Chiang Mai and recommend it to my friends. When you're traveling, comfort truly matters, and a good hotel can feel like a temporary home, and this place definitely gave me that feeling. Genuinely recommend, and I'm not a shill!

Their service was excellent throughout our stay and upon check-out. The hotel courtyard is beautiful with well-maintained greenery, perfect for photos. Each room has a unique theme, making it a great place for families with kids. Breakfast offers both a buffet and made-to-order options, and overall, it was quite good.

This is the first time I've stayed at such a satisfying hotel! In every aspect, let's start with the most important one: the room. It's very clean, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can see greenery right outside the window. Just sitting here makes you feel like you're completely on vacation—I absolutely loved it! Secondly, I really, really, *really* liked the young lady at the front desk. She's beautiful and kind! Her Chinese is super, super good. Honestly, during my entire stay, she made me feel completely at home. She was so wonderful, caring for us as if we were family, giving us all sorts of advice for check-in, sightseeing, ordering food delivery, and our itinerary!!! I truly adore her, and I feel incredibly lucky! She elevated my stay experience to the next level!! 💗 I would come back to Chiang Mai just for this hotel, its surroundings, and the beautiful scenery! I love An Yin, and I love Chiang Mai!!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, with a 7-Eleven, coffee shops, and restaurants right next door. It's about a ten-minute drive to the Old City and Nimmanhaemin Road. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. There's a table outside the room where you can eat durian and mangosteen. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with great greenery and a well-maintained pool. You can even take pictures inside the hotel. Service: It happened to be my birthday during my stay, and they prepared a cake for me and specially decorated the room that day. They were very attentive to details. Highly recommended!

The Chinese housekeeper contacted me beforehand and was incredibly warm, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel isn't huge, but it has that quintessential Chiang Mai resort vibe. I highly recommend opting for one of the Thai-style rooms for a more unique experience. The garden views are beautiful and perfect for photos. The room came stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks, plus props for taking pictures. They even gave us a delicious complimentary coconut. We had an early departure on our second morning, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which was comprehensive and satisfying.
