Great Facilities. I love the swimming pool and the sauna. The food during breakfast at superb with a lot of food choices available.

5 mins walk to Maya Lifestyle shopping center, spacious room, easy to access eveywhere. The most beautiful rooftop bar.

Nice hotel, the room is big. the service of the staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean and nice. Beautiful scenery from the highest level. Hotel has a sauna, gym, spa, rooftop pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet is good. There is also free WiFi.

It is an old property but has huge rooms to offer. It is undergoing construction. Location is good. Room was 200sqm big. Quite a huge room. Don't expect modern features, breakfast was average.

The hotel is a little run down as most of the hotels at that price range are. :) Overall, my room was huge, clean and comfy, so I am happy about the stay but do not expect shining clean or a brand new hotel.

It is a large style hotel, unlike the more popular residence hotels in Chiang Mai. As such it has a big and grand lobby with front desk, shops, restaurants, concierge and tour desk. Rooms are very large but not so clean: bed was clean but the floors need to be swept and vacuumed. Room has safety box, tv and hair dryer. I was there at low season, just after chinese new year and so the price was very reasonable. (Under $30/night). For this price I highly recommend it.

The facilities are broken to some circumstances and the breakfast quality is poor. No more fill up when the food gone. The location is good as near to Maya Shopping mall with Exchange and food court there.
