Hotel is a little old and dated. Room size is big but modern comfort is missing: no bedside plugs for phone charging. No coffee machines. Taps and showers are old and slightly rusted. Breakfast choice was also limited. And worst was the parking! I am a little handicap and when I parked at the handicap lot, the hotel said I need to move my car as there was limited space for buses and vans to pass. Then why have a handicap lot there? And though it is by the side of the Ping River, there is really nothing much to see or do by the river! For the price of THB9000 a night, it was certainly not worth the money!

Good location… Mold smell and dirt at the room…

We had a wonderful stay at Ratilanna from January 10-13. Our experience was made even more special with a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of grandeur to our stay. The food at the restaurant was delightful and we particularly loved the extensive breakfast spread. Our only suggestion would be to include a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing experience!

This is a lovely hotel! The room was decent, I really loved the bathroom. The decor and room in general is a little dark but over a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic! So much variety and the location of the restaurant is on the river, so beautiful. I was most impressed with the hotel building itself, very stylish and the pool was a bonus!

Beautiful hotel with lovely traditional Thai architecture and decor. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done with attractive design. The breakfast had a large variety of Thai and western style dishes. The gym is great, and the pool is lovely and looks like a spa resort. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about Ratilana

The reception at the counter was very attentive, and the facilities were clearly explained. There were not many breakfast options, but the restaurant's dishes tasted very good. The balcony was very suitable for fresh air and no mosquitoes.

Very old hotel with poor sound insulation. There were flying insects in the middle of the night. Very big ones. This hotel is so old that I can't connect to the wifi. My child felt uncomfortable after swimming. It was foggy and white. I checked and found that the swimming pool contained a lot of chemicals. There were three hotels on this trip. Only this one had this problem after swimming. Choose carefully. After booking, no matter what problems arise, the hotel will never agree to refund. I left before the full stay. I can't stand it.
